This is a good scale if that is your target alone.The size is decent and easily keep in storage. It has a nice finishing that look really niceIt doesn't have data of food you need to enter it yourselfAll data such as your nutrition goals needs to be entered from scratchI was hoping it has its own database of food and respective caloriesIf they can provide the food data just like myfitnesspal , I wouldgive it a 5 star. Otherwise its just your regular scale if no food data.
