Fab oven/hob. Looks expensive. Ours did arrive with a dent in the back but no time to return as we had no cooker. Be careful if you have a gas pipe behind cooker space. Ours doesn't sit flush to wall due to shape of back of cooker and position of pipe. Cooks quickly and hob has safety lights to warn when its turned off that pkate is still hot

Beware! Coating on silver knobs which tell you settings start to come off after about a year. Picture is 3 years after purchase. Customer service process is awful. First told it was my fault for using the wrong cleaner which is untrue. Promise of ten year parts guarantee is misleading. Finding where to complain is time consuming and laborious and has consisted of web chats, whatsapp chats, been sent for an internal review but wasn't told no-one would get back to me, various telephone numbers after much searching that don't work or you are passed between departments and nobody actually helps. One person I spoke to from the company yesterday suggested that this has happened to other customers due to heat when the grill was left open and was due to heat. Of course you should not grill with the door shut as it would cause a fire so in my opinion this a design fault! I am left with two addresses and they will only accept written complaints (not emails). Yet I still have to pay at least £140 for an engineer to visit and fit the knobs in order to have them guaranteed! My complaint is ongoing but this is a Hotpoint product and I will never buy another Hotpoint product again!
