The Good: -Strong menthol cooling -A little goes a long-ways -Comes with 6 bottles -Pleasant clove peppermint scent The OK: -More of a distraction from pain The Bad: -Nothing Have a rotor cuff injury that has been healing for a while now and some nights you just have a lot of issues sleeping. Figured I’d give this stuff a shot since at the very least I might use it as massage oil if I liked the scent. 7-9 drops is more than enough for most of my arm and it goes to work very quickly. If you’re not used to menthol lotions and oils you may be in for a surprise with how cold it feels. I love the smell of this stuff and really enjoy the cooling sensation. Find it’s a great addition to lotion for an invigorating massage or additional level of relaxation. It doesn’t really cure pain or dull it like pain killers but it does give you something else to focus on which can be pretty effective. The cooling sensation probably lasts 10-20 mins and you can avoid spreading it everywhere by just washing your hands with soap. I’m glad I got this stuff and will continue to use it; massage is a wonderful way to encourage muscle healing anyways. Encourage anyone that enjoys a strong cold sensation on their skin to try this stuff out.

I've used peppermint oil before with a lot of success so I was excited to try the product from Siang Pure White Oil. It is a pleasant blend of essential oils. It smells very minty and refreshing. A little goes a long way. I rub it into my hands and then on my necks and shoulders. It relieves and pain and tension. It also helps with headaches. I like that the set comes with six boxes of oil because I use it a lot. It is a decent price and seems to be high quality oils.

See my attached picture so you'll know which one is formula 1 and 2. As you can see, the original bottle is red and labeled orginal formula 1. The clear white bottle is their new formula 2. There's a big difference in these two. So I have been using the red oil (formula 1, original) for almost 3 years and it works great! I decided to order the clear oil (formula 2) which is new, and it's a good product as well. However, it is not as strong as the original formula 1. The orginal is more heat intense once you rub it on your skin. In addition, the smell is also not as strong in formula 2. They had reduced the amount of peppermint oil in the clear oil. Overall, I like the original, but I would still recommend both.
