I purchased this approximately 11 months ago, we used it a few times last season and it worked very well. When we started using it this season gas was leaking out of a tiny hole in the valve. Luckly that leak did not catch fire. I reached out to the company and was immediately contacted and they sent me a replacement. I HOOKED IT UP LIKE NORMAL, LIT IT & DISCOVERED THE REGULATOR HAS A LEAK. THE WHOLE THING CAUGHT ON FIRE. I PUT IT OUT IN TIME. I TRIED TO RETURN IT. THEY ARE NOT ACCEPTING RETURNS AND I CAN'T GET AHOLD OF ANYONE. AFTER READING THESE OTHER COMMENTS I GUESS THEY KNOW THEY SELL A TERRIBLE PRODUCT WHICH WOULD EXPLAIN THEM NOT WANTING TO ACCEPT RETURNS. $20 LESSON TO NEVER BUY FROM THIS SELLER AGAIN. SAVE YOUR MONEY & GO ELSEWHERE.

Worked very well in heating up meals with out being so tippy also easy to adjust flame.

I primarily gave this stove a high rating because their customer service was OUTSTANDING. On first use, upon hooking up the propane tank and lighting the unit, the entire unit went up in flames. Not huge flames that'll burn your house or tent down...I was able to blow them out. There was some sort of leak internally. E-mailed customer service, they got right back with me and asked me for the purchase receipt. Got that to them and they immediately proceeded to send me a replacement unit. The replacement works perfectly. THAT’S what I call customer service!

We been using it a lot for cooking and no problems. Love n like it.
