Right out the boxe and the clicker is broke

Its the ProRocket.
I have always liked the C series and the Rocket series reels, I use the C3 as my workhorse for pike, musky, walleye, and catfish. Rarely you get a dud, but you can buy replacement parts really easy from AbuGarcia.
