UPDATE:One year later and it still fits my 3 1/2 year-old. He periodically wore it throughout the entire year and it stayed soft and comfortable. Stop thinking about it and just buy it.My 2.5 year old is still wearing this costume at Christmas. I don’t mind because it’s warm (and adorable).When we bought it at Halloween it was a little big, but the cuffs at the ankles and wrists kept it in place. He was able to wear his coat under the costume and keep warm for trick or treating. We’ve washed it and I haven’t noticed any issues.I settled on this Dino because the reviews talked about how soft and comfortable it is and they weren’t wrong. Two months and several watchings later it’s still soft.

This costume was used for a daycare “costume” party. It’s church based so Halloween wasn’t the word that was used BUT it worked great for the event. My son didn’t mind the costume at all. It’s easy to wash. It’s comfortable to have on for a few hours without any complaints. Very very Cute!
