Ottima la qualità! Bisogna leggere bene le istruzioni, soprattutto se si è abituati con la classica pentola a pressione per fornelli a gas. Ne ho acquistate due, di diverse dimensioni, avendo cambiato la cucina ed avendo installato il piano ad induzione. La quantità dell’acqua varia a seconda della tipologia di alimenti: verdure, carne e patate. La cottura a vapore, con l’uso del cestello, conserva alla perfezione il pieno sapore dei cibi riducendo di moltissimo i tempi di cottura. Perfetta per chi ha poco tempo per cucinare! Unico “neo”, il prezzo! Ma per avere un prodotto di qualità e che dura poi una vita, è un ottimo investimento!

I purchased this in May and used it occasionally maybe once or twice a month. It started letting steam out in November and when I tried to open the handle from the lid the plastic part got chipped out easily. I was shocked to see that happened. Parts not available that easy and my money wasted! A big waste of money. The support page does not exist:(
