I use these LED lights in my classroom around my whiteboards, and they really brighten up the space and add a fun vibe! The lights themselves are awesome—vibrant colors and great music sync feature that the kids love. That said, the remotes are a bit of a letdown. They don’t always work reliably, and over time they tend to lose responsiveness or stop working altogether. Still, the lights are fantastic and definitely worth it for the atmosphere they create!

Both these to hang in my classroom during Christmas. It was a great idea. The colors are so bright. I got many compliments on how wonderful it looked. I love the fact that it has many settings. You can choose one solid color or have the colors fade in or blink. It was a little tricky to use in the beginning. It comes with a remote. But beware, once I tried to take them down, it was peeling the paint off of the wall. The cord seemed to hold up very well and the little adapter. Will buy year after year, though they held up for a long time.

The LED strip lights are bright, colorful, and very easy to install. They instantly make my room look more modern and the different color options are great for creating different moods. Overall, they’re an affordable and fun way to upgrade any space.

Written Nov. 3rd 2022. I originally got 2 of this product from 2 different people as birthday presents and one of then had one of the 50ft rolls broken so I have to return it but I am getting a replacement, but other than that it has been pretty nice and is sticking good and shining bright for me and hopefully will stay there for a long time. The only other weird thing I should mention is that sometimes when I press/do certain things on my TV or press certain colors on the remote it triggers other things to turn on or changes the color of the LED strip lights so idk what THAT is but it's fine other than that to my knowledge so far.

uck by lightning and got discolored. Also, a word of warning. If you have any paint other than a flat or matte it will leave a glue residue on the wall. I had a semi-gloss in my room and I had a plumbing leak from upstairs and decided to repaint my ceiling, but had to take them down to cut in, but when I peeled them down it left a lot of goo on the wall. I am in the process of goo gone, patching the peeled paint with spackle, and sanding right now before I touch-up. Luckily I had some original paint left over. I don't think I will ever stick another strip on a non flat paint wall again even if they say it does not leave glue on the wall. Don't fall for it. he stronger the adhesive the more likelihood of paint damage from occurring even if you use a heat gun which I should have done.

The "built in high sensitivity microphone" does not pick up on my music unless it is taped directly to my subwoofer (which limits where you can run the lights because the microphone is attached to the root of the light strips with no chord of its own to allow it to be positioned elsewhere.) Even then, it is not calibrated to pick up only on the baseline or a specific frequency range, so it doesn't create an intelligible repeating the pattern that matches up with the music, it just flashes like crazy in reaction to every single note/sound from the speaker. Using my phone's mic through the app does not make a difference. Moreover, despite the ability to have fine control over color profiles and strobe/pulse/fade in the app when NOT syncing to music, the music syncing mode disables all of that and forces you to use the rainbow strobe mode ONLY, so if you use it with music it just turns your room into a garish 1990's video arcade with a nauseating barrage of multicolored light. The worst part of it is that they could probably easily fix these issues by developing a better app that gave some adjustable parameters on the music syncing feature that at least let the end user calibrate how the device responded to the audio source and offered the ability to set a custom color profile for music sync mode. I bought these lights for a party so they could sync to my music playlist, but the feature is so poorly designed and unusable that I will probably just end up using the lights on their own so I can at least have a custom color profile. If I hadn't already spent an hour taping them up around the room, they'd definitely be getting sent back.

We were impressed with how much the strip of lights could cover. It is really good and easy to use. Good quality. The adhesive works great. It is still attached to our wall and ceiling. We have had it up for 3 years now. Easy to change color setting as well.

Work great easy to install and can be vary bright I’ve had them on for three hours with full brightness and so far theee are no problems
