This product is a nice idea but not robust enough for the job. I had wanted a plug-in power supply, but got the battery version. There were several problems with both the units I received.1. One of the remotes didn't work. Since the working one could control both wands this wasn't a severe problem.2. The wands kept "losing" the remote and both had to be reset often.3. The batteries were not up to the job and needed replacing often.4. Finally, neither unit works any more so I'm left as badly off as before, but ~$200 poorer.I would NOT advise ANYONE to buy this product.

Made of cheap pvc and the quality of the wand is horrible. When I opened the box the top of the wand was broken off like the only thing holding it on was one drop of glue. Then the wire inside is cheaply installed. Broken off before the batteries went in. Batteries were all dead and if for some reason you receive one not broken. Good luck trying to register the warranty. Is says to type the number off the wand but there is nothing there. Bad product. Don't buy it!!!!!!

If you are thinking about purchasing this, do yourself a favor and don't. Very cheap quality and it will stop working after a couple of weeks. Good luck trying to get a warranty replacement when it breaks. The owner is unresponsive after several contact attempts.

Bought, and installed and worked great for two weeks. It stopped. I changed all batteries, nothing. I had to bang on the wand to make it work. I tried contacting the company to see if there was something I could do, and after 5 days I received no response. Removed the wand and went back to a manual system.
