It’s difficult to find a multi mineral supplement that doesn’t have iron. The tablets are huge but you can get them down with liquids. When you consider it’s a 90 day supply it’s very cost effective.

Then the crazy thing happened the barber asked what I put on my hair because there was lots of new growth on top. That was a surprise but 20-30 new growth on top. So far, I've noticed a huge improvement in my skin, hair, nails, and teeth. I chose this formula since it seemed to have higher concentrations and more mineral variety. I am pleased with that. The only thing that I might comment on that I don't care for is how enormous they are in comparison to a normal mutli vitamin. I have to fill my mouth with water before I can even consider swallowing one. And I only take one at a time, two in a row. But that isn't a deterant or really even a negative. I may try a pill cutter.Definitely try them out. I'll be getting more.UPDATE: (3 things)* I just put this on a 2 month recurring order. First product I've ever done that with. I just finished this bottle. It's good stuff.** I also added a pic of my nails. My nails are rock hard still.*** My teeth feel super substantial in my mouth. Almost harder.
