Excellent excellent excellent
Excellent book for understanding Contracts Law. It briefly presents the most famous cases that are generally taught in all law schools and it provides excellent arguments for both sides. Therefore, a student can learn to argue for both sides. It is the book that every student needs the last week before exam.Personally, I read "Principles of Contracts Law" by Robert Hillman before trying Chirelstein and Chirelstein is much better

Not impressed at all, even though others found it useful. It's short but not to the point. Wordiness and Jargon.
This book is about like Acing Contracts. It was supposed to be so good. The problem is that it is short but not straight to the point. I found it to be fluffy and wordy. I found Contract Law for Dummies by Prof Scott J Burnham NYU and Gonzaga School of Law to be a much much better book. Go to the first pages of Chirelstein's book and then Read the First Pages of the Dummies book by clicking look inside and clicking on the table of contents of a chapter to read that chapter. You will see for yourself what I mean. The wording in Concepts and Case Analysis justs wastes your time. Read Contract Law for Dummies first, then E&E for contracts and Emanuels Contracts and you will thank me! IMO , I was not impressed with Concepts and Case Analysis. An expensive waste of money like Acing Contracts IMO. Dummies book costs about half the price and was well worth the money!

Helpful!
Even though this book is small, it's got great detailed explanations. It's not gonna work as your only supplement however.

Really helpful and written in an easy way to understand
Super helpful Contracts review. By far the best supplementary reading I've found on any 1L subjects. Recommended.
