Absolutely love this belt! I purchased one for myself about 2 months ago, I could tell the difference right away, how it made me sweat away the fat on my belly and all around. You will visibly see how much you sweat under this belt. I love it and I recommended it to many of my friends. I recently purchased a second one as a gift to one of my besties, because she started working out after many years. She texted me after the first time using it and she was amazed. She loves it too, as I knew she would :) It is worth a try! I won’t work out without it now! 😊👍

This is a great brace I wear them for belly. Wrap them as tight as you want. Good for working out at the gym or outside or in the house. I need to wear when pain increases. The Velcro sometimes stick behind the your back and you need to fix that prior to wearing them

My husband has a hernia and his stomach area and this has helped him tremendously and it’s so easy to put on with the Velcro which makes it where you can adjust it to where it fits comfortably. Very nicely made !! 😁

So in this review I will say upfront, I have already returned mine for a refund. Firstly, it is well made. Good stitching, excellent hook and loop velcro. The problem I had were the 2 available sizes which don't appear to be as advertised. Perhaps the one sent to me was mislabeled but it was way too small and I have a 42 inch waist. I don't understand why "waist trimmer" products like this are always made small. Pretty sure skinny people don't have as much of a need for this sort of thing....If they do they certainly don't need it more than larger sized men. I ended up ordering another product from another company that was sized as indicated and it fits very well. If you are on the thinner side or very muscular like the models who are used to advertise this product then it will probably work very well for you. If you are on the thicker side, there's a good chance you will find it doesn't fit you as well as you hoped.

I am a very small person but I still wanted something to train my waist and help build core strength. Because it is a wrap you have a lot of freedom with adjusting the size. My waist is around 26 in and the medium size fits nicely.It isn’t good for tracking progress bc there are no markers. Just gonna have to stick to the tape measure on that one.It is comfortable yet has that strong hold. It attaches with velcro so it’s easy to put on and take off. The inside is lined with a rubber that keeps it from moving around and increase sweat; does smell of tires though.Considering the price they charge for shape-wear or any active gear these days, $20 for this is a good price point.If you’re expecting to lose weight by using this product, remember that these tools made to increase heat in targeted areas do not increase the rate of weight loss. They can help with water retention and bloating.
