Grace's Sweet Life: Homemade Italian Desserts from Cannoli, Tiramisu, and Panna Cotta to Torte, Pizzelle, and Struffoli

A friend and I read every luscious recipe trying to decide what to make first! The recipes are authentic; the pictures are beautiful and show the recipe at it's best. I plan to buy more as gifts for Christmas. This cookbook is worth every penny.

Grace's Sweet Life is a phenomenal cookbook. The recipes and pictures are fantastic. I am anxious to try every recipe in the book. As a big time foodie, it has become my favorite cookbook after going through it the first time.

Can't wait to make some of these WOW-looking desserts. Recipes are simple, results impressive. You don't have to be a chef to make others think you are.

The book is well put together, outstanding photo's and scrumptious recipes. Definitely not a diet book but everyone needs to indulge every once in a while. I already make Italian pastries and Bavarian cream, and the recipes in Grace's book are spot on for a very tasty treat plus the preparation directions are easy to follow. I love this book.

Since moving from New York to Florida, I have not been able to find an Italian Bakery that has all my family favorites. Well, the search is over since "Grace's Sweet Life: Homemade Italian Desserts...." was discovered on Amazon! The best Italian Pastry Cookbook by far! I would highly recommend this for everyone who loves to eat Italian Desserts!

This book is very detailed, and breaks down the dessert-making by steps. Not for the timid bakers, these recipes require skill and patience, but they are authentic Italian.

Wonderful, and very creative book that was not only a joy to read, but also so much fun to try out so E new and exciting recipes. Definitely for the serious and more experienced baker.

Grace Massa Langlois est née en Belgique de parents italiens et à grandi au Canada (Ontario). Elle nous présente ses recettes fétiches dans ce livre et on peut avoir un aperçu de ses talents culinaires sur son site [...]) J'avais déjà quelques ouvrages consacrés à la cuisine italienne mais j'ai voulu tester celui ci car c'est une cuisine très bien implantée partout dans le monde et j'avais envie de voir comment elle était présentée ailleurs qu'en France (et bien sur qu'en Italie). Ce livre est très complet et les photos mettent les recettes en valeur ... les grands classiques sont bien sur présents (Tiramisu, panna cotta, torte ... etc) aux côtés d'autres recettes moins connues ... et même si le livre est écrit en anglais, les titres des recettes sont en italien ce qui met parfaitement dans l'ambiance. L'auteur donne beaucoup de détails sur la préparation et aussi sur la présentation de chaque recette et les quantités sont indiquées avec leur conversion européenne. La 5ème étoile n'est pas là car le livre n'est pas broché et les photos sont un peu en dessous de ce que j'attends de ce type d'ouvrage.

My husband is Italian and he can certify that these recipes are truly authentic and well presented. The pictures are also fantastic and Grace's story is very touching! I loved the book.
