2 sets. 1 is larger than than the other 2 strips.

Q: I wear an Afo on my leg and i need to fasten it will this hold due to movement everyday?

I assume that AFO is an ankle foot orthosis. This product comes in 4 inch strips. It is intended to mount to flat surfaces. It is not likely to be comfortable next to skin. Q: Will this stick to walls? I'm looking to attach soft tiles to our wall for our daughter, but i cant find something that will stick.

Depending on the size and weight of the tiles, they could work. However, they will create a sizable gap between the wall and the tile.

Q: I'm looking to use this tape on a fridge with double doors to keep my kid from constantly opening it. Will this hold up to pulls?

It'll hold up well. Depending on the amount of use this product gets, you may need to replace it after awhile. Of course, it'll require more force to get the doors open and you will have to get used to that. There are other mechanical ways to prevent opening the double doors, e.g., a simple latch mounted up high and out of reach of small children.
