Does it come with the water hoses ?

Yes. It comes with everything you need to install. Even if you have never put in a faucet before the whole process of removing the old faucet and installing this one should take no more than 10-20 minutes. (Note my sink hole was to small for the pipe on this product and I had to grind the hole to enlarge which took 30 minutes. It could be the bigger issue)

What is the length of the connection pipe?

It looks almost 31 inches and can completely solve the bathroom connection problem.

Can this be used on widespread predrilled hole sink?

No, this faucet was too big for a standard bathroom sink
