I have been duped by many promoted reviews with other massage devices that I almost just gave up. However this is the best one by far- hands down. I work on my pc from home and use it on my lower back mostly and then work my way up to my neck. It doesn't feel as good sitting on a couch or love seat for some reason. The only thing I'd change is to have more options as far as how powerful(intensity level) it is. It's not a strong kneading, but strong enough to relax your muscles and feel good. There are no other settings such as ''chopping', but kneading has always been my favorite. The heating feature is the cherry on top. Well worth the money, and I rarely give all 5's!

Bought it for my boyfriend and he really likes it and it really works for him

I have severe lower back pain and this machine has been great. It doesn't take away the deep pain but works so well when I have overdone myself for the day. The heat feels so good and the rollers really massage the back. Great item for so low a price.

This a great product especially for this price BUT it too big for me to lay on for my back or shoulders. I want something thinner I can lie down on.
