United States of America 1000 Piece Map Jigsaw Highways Rivers Capitals

I really enjoyed this puzzle. It was relaxing but a bit challenging. All the pieces were there, they fit nicely and are good quality. This is a map. It is detailed with notable cities and the fonts are clear. The colors are pleasant. I was surprised at how many cities I knew, and equally, how many I didn't! It was fun to learn something new. I will do this puzzle again. I just purchased another Hennessy puzzle.

Amazing. Good puzzle for the family. Easy way to teach kids some geography

My family and I really enjoyed this puzzle. It was challenging enough but not frustrating like some. I was actually sad to finish it because I so enjoyed putting it together. I loved the real map with state borders, rivers, major highways and colors. Pieces were mostly interlocking but not all cookie-cutter and I liked the variety. When completed it was suitable for framing and would be very educational if I had a place to hang it that would be seen by my grandchildren. But, it's one puzzle I will enjoy doing again so it was fine that it went back in the box after admiring it for a week. I should have taken a picture but it was just as shown with a paper picture inside the box. That is a very nice bonus which allows both parts of the box to be used for sorting pieces. I was very pleased with this purchase and I will buy a Hennesy puzzle again.

This was a fun puzzle till I realized it was missing a piece and I had a duplicate piece. Not able to frame it like I had hoped.

This is a great puzzle. Perhaps not the most difficult, as there are a lot of clues inherent in the puzzle being a map (state and city names, colors, interstate highway designations.) But it was certainly challenging enough, and as my wife and I have traveled all over the country, we enjoyed the memories brought back by each and every piece. Well, maybe not the pieces in the middle of the ocean. But we thoroughly enjoyed conquering this puzzle. The pieces are sturdy and fit together perfectly. Unfortunately, the pieces also seem rather tasty, as our puppy ate a section of Kansas, then decided it was so delicious she would try a piece of Arizona too! But thankfully, the company was responsive, understanding, and generous, and they immediately shipped us the exact pieces we needed to complete our map. An excellent product created by a splendid company! We will be purchasing several more Hennessy puzzles in the future!

High-quality puzzle with cleverly colored pieces that make putting it together challenging, but not impossible. I ordered it to sneak some learning in on my 12-year-old. That didn't work. But I thoroughly enjoyed the puzzle and once I took it out of the box, I was instantly addicted. I kept saying, "one more state and then I'm going to bed" over and over and over! It took over my dining room table for a week! There are a LOT of very small pieces, so not great for kids with short attention spans, although my 14-year-old became hooked as well. ( I was told that there will be a 350 piece U.S. map in the next production cycle, which I will definitely order for my youngest). More importantly, this is a family company which excels in customer service, and response time was personalized and quick when I had a minor issue. I HIGHLY recommend this company and this product.

Like many Americans I had a general idea of the placement of the states, but I could not have drawn a truly correct map. By assembling this puzzle, I had a good time not only learning where all those states in the middle lie but also the names of the capitals. Also, I had no idea how Canada dips down around the Great Lakes. This is a worthwhile activity for puzzle lovers of any age!For fun, ask your friends to draw a map of the US. I'll bet there will be very few who get it right. :)
