it met my expectations
after some time of use, I was able to go from 10kg to 60kg gradually! Now my girlfriend is on that same path.Prior to this, my hands and wrists would get exhausted easily but now my endurance has increased greatly.

Cheap
Honestly not very impressed. I’m an average sized guy but I feel like this wasn’t a challenging machine at all.

Cheap and Gimmicky
The traditional grip trainer isn't bad, but the dial only has markings at 60kg and 10kg, so there's no real way to know how much you are gripping if it is anything in between. Also, after using it a couple times at 60kg, if I use it at a lower weight the plastic and joints seem a bit loose. The fingertip strength trainer is very stiff and get stuck shut almost every time I use it, very frustrating to use. The finger extension one is a bit unclear as to where you are supposed to be placing the tool itself on your fingers, and the workout just feels a bit, being too difficult at the fingertips and far too easy anything lower. The other two items are totally a gimmick, no point to them at all. Even if there was, the "egg" I got is already quite messed up and showed up with several deformities. If you are looking to improve your grip strength in any manner, I have to recommend looking just about anywhere else.
