So glad I purchased these! I have crystal luncheon plates and was looking to switch them out from time to time. I've already washed them in the dishwasher and they came out perfect. You won't be disappointed.

I bought these specifically for Tea Parties - and they are perfect! They go with whatever pretty little cup & saucer I want to use and are just right for tea sandwiches and desserts...I personally wouldn't want to use the dinner plates regularly as the scrolly holes on the sides would catch food & be more work to clean, or if its saucy it could drip onto your table...But they are solid, pretty plates they look fragile but are not.

I purchased a set of these along with the matching 8" plates. They are such pretty plates. I used some for displaying/serving Christmas Cupcakes, cookies and brownies and I got compliments from some of the ladies wanting to know where I got them. I will be using these as dessert servers and for tea parties. I also purchased the matching 8" cake stand - which really completes the look. Both sets arrived in perfect condition (nothing broken). These plates are quite heavy weight porcelain quality. Absolutely beautiful. Bought these to compliment Vintage rose tea service set i bought earlier. Bought the matching loaf tray also as a dessert tray. Wonderful and very pretty in all ways imaginable. Wow, so glad they still make beautiful china. Unlike the ugly modern stuff mass produced today with no styling or decoration. These plates are magnificent.

These are much more beautiful than the picture. I ordered 8 plates total. Two had what looked like chips or flaws in the raised circular "foot" on the bottom. Even so, I will order 4 more and 12 dinner plates. It's a low cost, very high pretty factor combination that works for me. Perfect for a girly luncheon or tea party.

Many years ago I bought a little cake stand with this very design and I always loved it. One day I decided to research the collection and lo and behold I found the matching dinner plates on Amazon! I bought them specifically for my high-tea parties with friends. They are dainty and gorgeous, much better than the photo. I use them with my pretty Victorian teapot/teacup sets. I purchased 8 plates from Amazon and they arrived timely and in perfect condition. Check out the loaf tray which Amazon also sells.
