Second time byying. No fumes or bad smell. Sealed immediately. No discoloration even after years of exposure. NOTE. Does not fully protect the surface from other substances staining or sticking, since it doesn't apply a layer oVer the concrete surface. It soaks in and waterproofs only. Other products may add an actual layer on toP of the concrete, but they will duscokor or scratch over time. This product is my first choice for most projects.

I love this stuff. It's easy and forgiving to go on, dries timely, holds up well, doesn't have a shiny sheen, makes the color pop a little more (slightly darkens it but in a richer way), allows the concrete to "breathe", it's good stuff. I put on a new coat on my exterior stone veneers a year or two later and it barely absorbed it because it was still working perfectly fine, in the hot strong sun of Florida. Guess I should've tested if it needed it first, blew my expectations. I just put more down on my driveway pavers after dying them with custom dye. This is my go too concrete sealer now.

II really love it I use it all the time

I used this product on my flagstone patio with mortared joints. It was easy and quick to apply with a hand-pump sprayer. The product dried quickly and did not noticeably change the appearance of the stone. It repels water nicely and made our patio look like new. I will definitely use this product the next time I need to seal our patio.
