I had been taking these on a daily basis without issue for quite some time. Then the last order arrived, and I noticed the brand had switched to Heartland Pharma (used to be Geri Care) ..I didn't think much of it, and started taking them as usual. A few days later (5/20), it literally felt like I was being stabbed in the stomach on both sides. I ended up going to the ER as I was in so much pain. The x-ray showed that I was pretty backed up, which was no surprise ...off I went with nausea meds and miralax ..I continued taking these pills over the next couple weeks ...and was getting seriously concerned that my stomach pain was not getting much better. Bowel movements were at a minimum (like I had to take magnesium every few days to go). The brand switch finally occurred to me, and I decided to switch to Rite Aid brand to see what would happen ...I'm finally getting back to normal now. I now feel confident that this Heartland brand messed me up pretty good. My wife as well; while not as bad as what I experienced, she said there was something different about these (I won't get too descriptive, but she had to be near a bathroom all the time while taking these, and serious cramping).I hate to leave this kind of review, as I don't think it's the sellers fault. I've been ordering from this seller for quite some time ..but people need to know to stop taking these if they start experiencing worsening constipation/stomach issues. I went through nearly 3 weeks of hell ..pain, nausea, liquid diets, and fear that I was heading for a colostomy ..and I still feel as if my system is recovering. Maybe it was a fluke (bad batch, etc.), but just be aware and save yourself the suffering if things happen to get worse while taking these.
