Good Value Great Fit Excellent Performance
I paired with a Springfield Hellcat OSP, mounted perfectly with no modifications. The unit lined up great with iron sights for co-witnessing. Fitment is as if it was made specifically for the handgun.Easily adjustable...some may not like that adjustments don't have clicks, but I like that it has finer tuning capability than one MOA clicks...I don't see that I will ever adjusting for windage or drop for specific shots, so the more analog adjustment allows me to fine-tune to exactly where I want it calibrated.Nice green dot on a high quality glass screen. The green dot is the perfect size, and the screen is a good compromise of being small enough for concealed carry but large enough for quick acquisition. Using the optic made a substantial improvement for me in speed getting on target, as well as accuracy.Once zeroed, the sight stays very consistent. I occasionally check against a bore sight to verify it has not moved. It is very durable...the unit is well-constructed to endure the bumping and banging to which an everyday carry is subjected. One suggestion to the manufacturer...consider changing the color of the storage cover from black to a bright color. Being black, it blends too well with the weapon, and I occasionally holster it without removing the cover. It is just a matter of time until I lose the cover (have found it laying in the driveway several times). A bright color for the cover might alert the user to remove the cover before actively carrying.I would recommend for any micro carry handgun set up for an optic.

Big fan of Crimson Trace
Bought this for a new S&W Shield Plus Carry Comp. It was a direct fit, no adaptor plate required. It allowed co-witnessing and zero'ed quickly at the range. I don't think you can beat CT optics for the price.

Good optic for price
Decent optic for the price. Easy to mount, easy to zero. The auto brightness has not disapointed yet. Thought it would be iffy in performance as auto brightness feature is usually a gamble

works great for micro and mini use.
This Crimson Trace RAD Micro Compact gets you on target much faster. This allows for faster sight alignment.

Update, no longer the best optic for the Shield Plus
4/13/23 Finally received my replacement micro rad. Not the best experience.3/30/23 Sent another follow up email. Not one response since my initial email for warranty on the cracked glass. So maybe they really don't have a warranty.3/25/23. Sent another follow up email. No response yet. Update 3/21/23, have not heard back from CT customer service. I sent in my warranty request with picture and documentation on the 12th. Sent a follow up email on Sunday the 19th. No response. So much for the warranty. Your mileage may vary, but definitely not buying another CT product.Update 3/12/23, the glass cracked on the bottom right corner. The gun has never been droppped. I have put about 400 rounds through the gun. Pretty disappointed! I wouldn't trust this red dot. Look elsewhere. I have other dots with several thousand rounds and they are perfect. So, I purchased the green version of the standard RAD. I think this is a complete fail on CT. It is not very bright and pretty unuseable. That being said, I loved the footprint for the M&P shield plus. Doesn't hang over the side and is sleek and works really well with that gun. It co-witneses the shield plus sights perfect with the standard night sights.I then tried the regular red dot version. What a difference, such a better experience. I have tried to go green for my astigmatism, but I honestly haven't noticed that much difference between the two.Anyway, if you buy this optic, buy the red version. This really is an amazing optic. I hope at some point CT will release a ipx7 water resistant version.

Holds up nice
I had my doubts at first when I bought this, mainly because of a defective slider I got from eBay. But after the first shot on the range hit on target, I giggled like a school girl before emptying 50 rounds down range. I put this on my glock 48It's still holding up and ready for me again. Thanks, guys!
