Good Value Great Fit Excellent Performance
I paired with a Springfield Hellcat OSP, mounted perfectly with no modifications. The unit lined up great with iron sights for co-witnessing. Fitment is as if it was made specifically for the handgun. Easily adjustable...some may not like that adjustments don't have clicks, but I like that it has finer tuning capability than one MOA clicks...I don't see that I will ever adjusting for windage or drop for specific shots, so the more analog adjustment allows me to fine-tune to exactly where I want it calibrated. Nice green dot on a high quality glass screen. The green dot is the perfect size, and the screen is a good compromise of being small enough for concealed carry but large enough for quick acquisition. Using the optic made a substantial improvement for me in speed getting on target, as well as accuracy. Once zeroed, the sight stays very consistent. I occasionally check against a bore sight to verify it has not moved. It is very durable...the unit is well-constructed to endure the bumping and banging to which an everyday carry is subjected. One suggestion to the manufacturer...consider changing the color of the storage cover from black to a bright color. Being black, it blends too well with the weapon, and I occasionally holster it without removing the cover. It is just a matter of time until I lose the cover (have found it laying in the driveway several times). A bright color for the cover might alert the user to remove the cover before actively carrying. I would recommend for any micro carry handgun set up for an optic.

Completed My Glock 48 Cow
Having gotten my first Glock with a MOS slide, I needed to get an appropriate optics to seal the deal. This was the one that would be compatible out of the box and worked without issue. Was able to install directly without any mods or plates, and used a bore sighter to site the red dot at 25 yards. After about 50 rounds, the light was starting to get very dim. I was not sure if this was a bad battery or the auto light adjust function as these shots were done at night time. Next day in the day, the light returned and no more issues. Shot another 150 rounds and the sight had gotten loose. Enough to were it was able to wiggle. Learned my lesson, be sure to use loctite BLUE on your screws! Seems durable at the moment.

Worth it
Without spending to much money, this fits my Springfield Hellcat just fine. No faults so far.

Buy this right now
Amazing optic! I accidentally ordered two but I’m glad I never sent the second one back! I installed them both on two MOS glocks I have and I must say, I am shocked how well they hold up. Durability wise, they compare very well with my Trijicon RMR but yet are a fraction of the price. Sight wise, the window is large and the frame is thin (not in a bad way) so picking up your target is super easy. The only thing I have noticed (and it very well may just be me using only half of my brain) is the adjustment arrows point one way but it’s actually backwards. Seems as though right is left, left is right, up is down, and down is up. It’s like that on both of mine so obviously that’s how it’s made, just the arrows are a bit confusing I guess. But this sight, it’s awesome!

I hope it's a fluke... (Edited for an update on replacement - DO NOT BUY)
My RAD Micro Pro be arrived yesterday. I mounted it last night and took it out to dial it in today. After seeing it, I decided to do some drills. Initially, things went well. However, after about 80 round of shooting, the lens fell out. I'm in law enforcement and this is mounted on my backup, a Hellcat. That shakes one's confidence enough that I'm not sure I can even give it another try. I spoke to customer service about the above-mentioned issue and they were very surprised to have heard about this happening with a RAD Pro. After a little discussion with them, I went ahead and got a replacement ordered from Amazon. The replacement arrived yesterday and I was able to get out on the range to test it today. Within 9 rounds, I had it dialed-in at 10 yards with a 1" group. Then, after about 12 more rounds, the dot shifted so high that I was not able to adjust it down to even being close to zeroed. The sight was mounted properly and there was no apparent external damage, but it was rendered useless with just over 20 rounds. Unfortunately, I was planning on running this one through a torture test, with the first one failing so miserably. I'm in LE and I need to have confidence in my tools, even for a back-up weapon. There is NOTHING that Crimson Trace could do to instill my confidence after this 2nd failure. I have already got the 2nd return in the mail.

Works very well on Springfield Hellcat OSP
I got this red dot sight on sale for my Springfield Hellcat OSP. And because of how well it works with the HC OSP, I didn’t have to spend additional money on a mounting plate and suppressor-height back up sights. It mounts directly to the HC OSP-cut slide (no mounting plate) and it has a notch down the center to allow the stock HC iron sights to co-witness through it. I was able to get it zeroed quickly and was seeing tighter shot groups almost immediately. So far all of it’s features (shake-to-wake, ambient light sensor and auto shutoff) are working as advertised. This is a well thought-out and executed, from a manufacturing standpoint, product. I couldn’t be happier with it.

Great optic, even better customer service
Great optic with a good window. Fits flush mounted without an optic plate on my hellcat. Had an issue with the first one I bought because it would not hold a zero. I contacted the manufacturer, explained my issue and had a new one at my front door faster than it would have taken me to buy a different one.
