Confusing instructions and small print on labels
Called manufacturer several times for support. Never got a response. Same person on the phones saying she would try to get the support person to call me back. That was several weeks ago.

Great Gh+ additive
Love this stuff, allows me to take RO water to the exact point I want it for General Hardness. Helpful to have a milligram measuring scale to get exact measurement you need for the Gh value you are shooting for. Measure it out by the gram/milligram much more exact then trying to to it by volume (with a scoop, etc.). Need to pair this with Kh+ to get your carbonate hardness dialed in. Kalkwasser is the way to go there. Love these products
