I have been using these ankle weights for my workouts and I’m honestly very satisfied with the purchase. The material feels really sturdy and well-made not cheap at all. The stitching and straps are strong, and they sit comfortably on both ankles and wrists. They’re super easy to wear and adjust, and they don’t slip while walking or exercising. I mainly use them for walking and home workouts, and they definitely add that extra resistance I was looking for. Overall, totally worth the money. If you’re planning to level up your workouts a bit, these are a great choice!

Overall the quality of material is ok or more than okay but they are large. Doesn’t look good. If the weights would have been sleek or made of material other than sand/silica (idk exactly wts inside) it would have been much better. I have used it for cycling(20-25 km) and running (5km) doesn’t feel good.

What I like most is that the fabric is very soft, so although you have something tightened around your skin with weight in it (that can be uncomfortable enough) it feels very comfortable. The quality is very nice and I feel like these will be really easy to add to my fitness routine.

Bought these as i have a small tear in my meniscus. I am using the weights around my ankles to do 10 minute swinging exercise that chiropractor john bergman video showed. like traction for knee, OH MY GOSH!. its working great! These weights are adjustable, just what i needed. Glad i purchased and they seem well made. Easy to velcro and adjust.

I am 65 yo and used this product to improve my muscle strength and found this product useful as the 5 bags can be removed and added as needed. I started low with just 2 bags and felt comfortable before I added more gradually. I am quite thin but this product can still fit well for ankle and arm and not feel loose or movement during exercise. This product may be designed for youth but I found this product also works well for elder. One more to mention, no need to worry sand leakages, although removing the bag needs some effort.
