Amazing build, amazing sound
Amazing for the price and decent sound quality. The stock eartips are pretty good and close you out from the world around you. I don’t even have to crank these up to hear the details. I’m using volume 1-3 and anything above that is ear ringing loud. Bass is lacking if you’re looking for something to rattle the teeth, but it is balanced with the rest of the other sounds. You will need to get a 3.5mm to usb-c converter cable. I also 3d printed a cable holder to clip to my shirt so the cord would stop squirreling to the bottom. Overall would recommend over the big names out there. Other features that sold me were the removable cord( Moondrop Chu ii doesn’t have this), and I like the option of switching cords if needed. The metal build is a definite plus, there are extra eartips (s,m,l), and the ease of use of the unit and no battery.

Audiophile Quality For a Low Price
KZ ZSN Pro X – A Game-Changer for Audiophiles on a BudgetI’ve owned a lot of earbuds over the years—some cheap, some pricey—but I can honestly say that the KZ ZSN Pro X are the best wired earbuds I’ve ever had the pleasure of listening to. From the moment I plugged them into my MP3 player, I knew I had found something special. These are not just a good deal—they're an incredible listening experience that completely redefines what “budget” earbuds are capable of.Let’s get right to the point—the sound is absolutely phenomenal. The bass is deep and punchy without being overwhelming, making them perfect for EDM, R\&B, hip-hop, and any genre where a powerful low end is important. But what really surprised me is how clear and detailed the highs are. Instruments sparkle, vocals come through with pristine clarity, and there’s a wonderful separation that makes each track feel alive and immersive. The soundstage is wide and open, which is rare for in-ear monitors at this price. I’m legally blind and extremely picky about audio detail, and even I could immediately tell how clean and rich the playback was. These earbuds let me hear every layer of a mix—the breath of a vocalist, the subtle crash of a hi-hat, and the distant echo in a reverb tail. It’s like being in the front row of a private concert. One of my biggest pet peeves with wired earbuds is background hiss or interference, especially at low volumes. I’m thrilled to report that the KZ ZSN Pro X has zero hiss. Even when listening at the lowest volume on my MP3 player, the background is dead silent. That’s a huge win for someone like me who values clean audio and enjoys quiet listening sessions as much as high-energy ones. The detachable 2-pin cables are another standout feature. Not only does this make the earbuds more durable over time (since you can easily replace the cable if it wears out), but it also opens the door for custom cable upgrades or even switching to a Bluetooth module if you want wireless functionality later on. I plan to pick up a couple of backup cables soon, just in case. The earbuds are built like a tank. The metal faceplates and ergonomic housing give them a premium feel, and they fit comfortably and securely in the ear. Even during long listening sessions, I haven’t experienced any discomfort or fatigue. The included ear tips are decent, but swapping them out for a better-fitting pair made them even more enjoyable. Passive noise isolation is excellent—perfect for shutting out the world and getting lost in the music. If I ever flew anywhere, these would be the first thing I’d pack. I can’t stand the repetitive and boring music on in-flight entertainment systems, and those cheap airline earbuds just don’t cut it. With the ZSN Pro X and my MP3 player loaded with my personal music collection, I’d be locked into a private listening experience far superior to anything the airline could offer. While others are stuck with low-quality sound and limited song selections, I’d be enjoying clear, immersive music on my terms from takeoff to landing. Here’s the kicker—these earbuds won’t break the bank. In fact, I’m amazed that something this good can cost so little. For under \$30, you’re getting a product that can hold its own against gear that’s five to ten times more expensive. It’s proof that great sound doesn’t have to come with a ridiculous price tag.If you’re even remotely serious about sound, you owe it to yourself to try the KZ ZSN Pro X. Whether you're an EDM enthusiast, a smooth jazz aficionado, or someone who simply wants clear, balanced audio on the go, these earbuds deliver in every way. They’re powerful, detailed, stylish, and built to last. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a high-quality wired audio experience. In a word? Exceptional.I strongly urge you to pick these up today because you are not going to be disappointed. As an audiophile, I know what excellent sound is—and these earbuds deliver it. If you’re like me and enjoy genres like EDM and smooth jazz, then you’ll quickly come to appreciate what these bad boys can do. Like I mentioned earlier, you simply can’t beat the price for this level of audio quality.I do want to give a word of caution: these earbuds can get very loud. So before putting them in your ears, make sure to turn the volume down on your music player. Then gradually bring it up to your preferred level. Trust me—your ears will thank you later. These earbuds are also an excellent way to escape the world when you just want to unplug and drift into your own personal soundscape. While they don’t have active noise cancellation, the snug fit creates a passive seal that blocks out much of the outside noise. In many ways, they feel like noise-canceling earbuds simply because of how well they isolate sound.I'm being totally up front and honest here: you really need to get these right now. If you appreciate high-quality sound like I do, then these should be the earbuds you purchase. Believe me, once you hear what they can do, you won’t want to go back to anything else. These will turn all your listening sessions into private concerts. Before I end this review, I’d like to speak directly to those who enjoy listening to classical music. Even if you’re not into EDM or bass-heavy genres, you’ll absolutely benefit from these earbuds. The KZ ZSN Pro X isn’t limited to hard-hitting electronic beats—they’re equally suited for classical, oldies, country, or whatever genre you enjoy. I’ve emphasized EDM because it’s what I personally listen to and these earbuds really shine with it. But make no mistake—they are versatile and capable of handling any style of music with clarity and richness. And if you're someone who isn’t primarily into music but enjoys binaural soundscapes, these earbuds are perfect for that too. The wide soundstage truly brings any binaural recording to life and places you right in the middle of the experience. Imagine listening to a binaural thunderstorm—you'll hear the deep roll and rumble of thunder, the spatial movement of rain falling all around you, and the subtle background details that create a truly immersive atmosphere. It’s so realistic, you might find yourself reaching for an umbrella! The same applies to action-packed movie soundtracks. Watching movies through these earbuds feels like sitting beside a premium surround sound system. You get the full impact of every explosion, whisper, and soundtrack cue—right in your ears.So in the end, what you’re really getting with the KZ ZSN Pro X is your own personal concert hall, a virtual escape into natural soundscapes, and a private movie theater—all rolled into one pair of outstanding earbuds. So get them today!

Great IEM for an affordable price.
For the price you can’t beat the sound quality these IEMs deliver at the price you’re paying. The cable isn’t super long it could be longer, but not an issue for me ass I’m close to where it needs to be plugged into. I never had an issue with comfort even after a few hours of gaming.

Great sound. Acceptable comfort.
Sound really good for the price. On par with European brand name headphones I've owned costing 3X as much or more. Very sensitive. A little too sensitive. I set my phone volume on 1 or 2 (out of 15) when listening. Wish I could set it at 1/2 sometimes. Can't use Dolby Atmos Smart Audio because it becomes too loud. Fit pretty well in my ears which are smaller than average. Ear loops do a good job of holding them in place and limiting cord noise but they are not super comfortable. On comfort scale I give 'em 3/5.

Best IEMs for dance!
So I was looking for an IEM to use for dancing choreography. I needed wired earbuds because I wanted to stream the music to a video camera and to my ears without any delay. I had some over the ear headphones with a long cord that sounded great, but they looked bulky and detracted from the visual.I needed an IEM that really delivered a punchy sound that made me want to dance. I felt skeptical about whether an IEM could be as good as my over the ear headphones. Because over the earphones deliver a bass sound That vibrates a little bit and delivers the "life force" of a song to you well. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find that this IEM was just as good as my over the ear headphones! The sound of the bass was very comparable.I compared this one between three others:Shure AONIC 215 (expensive)FiiO FH3 (expensive)Moondrop CHU II (cheap)I compared them by listening to the same song, switching out and seeing which one made me feel like dancing. This one came out on top, and it wasn't a hard decision. It had a punchy delivery that really made me want to get up and dance. It was a fairly striking difference between the other ones.I think with IEMs, the goal is often a clean sound. However, this "clean" sound is kind of flat and doesn't really hit your soul. That's how I felt about all the others. They felt flat, the music felt lifeless. However, these ones totally hit me in my heart and gut when I listened to music with them! I couldn't believe these cheap ones were so much better. I was willing to pay more. The main genre I was listening to was K-pop. This has both complex vocals with punchy bass and intricate song patterns. These IEMs did not diminish the quality of any of my songs. The vocals were not drowned out by the bass or diminished. The vocals were strong and all sounds of the music felt like they hit as they should.I also have slower songs like with piano and such and they sounded crystal clear.Okay one downside to these. The cable was too short for me. Since I was dancing, I need my cable to be about 6 ft long. That was fine though because I just purchased a new two pin cable. It didn't diminish the quality of the sound. One other nice thing about these is the right ear has a very small red ring around it so it's easy to figure out which ear to put it in. Red for right is easy to remember. Also, I had to purchase a wire clip to attach it to my clothing. With the newly purchased wire, these were a bit heavy Because the wire had some weight to it. But with the clip, I didn't notice them. They fit nicely in my ear canal and the shape of the body fits nicely in the outer shape of my ears. The shape allows you to easily tell which way they go, Because once you turn them in the right place, they settle in my ears and match my natural ear shape well.I liked the rubber ear bud covers. They created a decent seal in my ears. They provide you with different sizes. Sometimes after some time they might start to fall out, but that's only if you don't wrap the cord behind your ear nicely. One other downside. The original cable is kind of flimsy. It's clear by the way, and the part of the wire that goes behind your ear is not very stiff. It's kind of like a semi stiff plastic that doesn't hold its shape that well. You probably want to get a different cable if you're really concerned about this. However, if you aren't going to be moving around much, you might not even need to worry about this and can just use the original cable. With the shape of the earbuds, it stays in fairly decently regardless of the cable. So far as the color, I went with the gold. I wanted a color that kind of blended in with my skin. I think they look just fine. And I think it's kind of cool like there's a bit of a flashy look to them. But you can't really tell in a dance video where you're pretty far from the camera. I think if I was a YouTuber, I might go with the black just to look more standard. Unless you like to wear flashy outfits. Then I might go with the gold, for fun. :)Overall, I'm quite pleased with these, and I would totally recommend them. One last note, my photos are showing the buds with my replacement cable. The original cable is lighter in color and almost transparent.
