FIRE HAZARD! This thing almost burned down my house. Luckily it burned itself out, but I don't recommend you charge this unattended or on soft surfaces such as mattresses or couches.Luckily mine was on an end table and it didn't burn beyond that. The smoke damage in the house is unbelievable.

Very fast shipping and works as advertised. It comes already charged so you don't have to charge it yourself the first time you use it. I've used it on my phone and it charged up my 5C pretty fast. Showed it to my family and they all want one! We all 'oohed' and 'ahhed' over the cable provided for a solid five minutes. The seller is friendly and attentive, so communication and service is excellent. Have no problems with it and couldn't be happier with my purchase.

I absolutely am in love with this power bank. If you have one of those phones that always seems to run low on power when you need it the most, then this power bank is for you. I have used it right in my purse to charge up my phone. You can charge your phone almost 4 times on one power bank charge. I have contacted the owners of Zoom with a few questions and they are very nice people and "aim to please". I highly recommend this item if you are looking for something you can carry in your purse or pocket. It is heavier than your phone and a little bigger, but still very compact. I love the 3 in 1 cord that comes with it.

I'm very happy with this purchase. The reason I bought it was the fact I ran out of power in Florida while using Google maps trying to find an address I was looking for - on a bicycle no less! I vowed that would never happen again.The documentation that came with the device stated it would charge an iPhone 6 4 times over and an ipad 3 once before having to recharge the powerbank. I'm not so sure about those figures since I've never tested them but I have tried recharging my ipad with it. After two hours of charging the ipad battery life only went up 2%. I think I'll only use it for my iphone.

This is an exceptional little charger that I took to Ireland on a two-week trip. I wasn't going to have a dead phone and miss out on photos. I never did. This is a great little charger. I was even charging friends phones because they didn't have an external battery pack. Exceptional customer service when I lost the cable sometime later. Great item and even greater customer service.

Being a part of our cities Emergency Operations Center I knew that I was going to need a backup battery if the day ever came that we were called to action. I liked the information on Rapid Charge and the number of charges provided. I have only used it a couple of times but have been very happy with the performance of this little powerhouse. Even after charging a Kindle to 100% and my phone there is still power left.

I ordered this charger and have found it holds its charge for a long time. The first time I used it was about a month after I had initially charged it. I was so happy to see that I had enough power to charge my phone fully. Since I carry it in my purse I like that it is thin and lightweight…. easy fit in any purse. The 2 USB ports let me charge two devices at once. If you have a cell phone charger as I do with the AC adapter you can recharge this charger even without your computer. And of course this can be charged from DC charging in your vehicle. So you are never without a way to get that phone up and running again in a hurry. I love the magenta color…so pretty. I would recommend this product to anyone. I also appreciated the company called me to ask if I was happy with my order. That personal touch means a lot to me.
