Bought this to clean the dust off the outside of my computer case. Works well, currently using it with the USB cable attached to a USB AC adapter. The box and instructions that came with it were very well made and easy to understand. I am actually quite surprised by how well this was designed. I expected some cheap Chinese junk for the price but got something that was well engineered. Don't expect something to rival a traditional hand-held canister vacuum, but this is perfect for light dusting and crumb cleanup around a computer.

I really wanted to like this product. It looks really nice, is easy to use and seems to be a great alternative to spraying toxic dust off all over. The catch is it doesn't work, and I mean literally doesn't pick up dust. I ran this vacuum cleaner (using all 3 different power sources and the various extensions) across various surfaces, most of them plastic as I bought this to clean my desktop pc, keyboard, laptop etc. and found that it picked up maybe 10% of the dust over 40 minutes of use. I was running it directly on top of a dust screen, on top of a dusty cable box, and over my keyboard and the only thing it seemed to semi reliably pick up was hair. The vacuum just isn't strong enough. I was going over and over simple dust on a flat plastic surface and nothing happened. Anytime I would think I was making progress I realized I had just moved the dust around with the tip of the vacuum.After wearing myself out trying to make this thing work I brought out the dust off and a microfiber cloth and everything was pristine in 10 minutes. There is no way this passed any testing this company is literally just sending a worthless product out to people hoping they can sell enough before word of mouth gets out that it is a glorified paper weight.

Con: Not very powerful with the USBPro: Works great with AA batteriesI wanted a little vacuum to get small crumbs off my desk and to use on my keyboard. This fits the bill and I find I do even more with it. I have wood floors and there will often be white lint from who knows where on the floor and small specs of paper/paper dust from opening postal mail or from the shredder. When I see white specs on the floor I find myself grabbing this little wonder. Oh we have swirl textured ceilings and I swear some of those white specs are from the ceiling. When I dust mop my floors I usually use a bigger handheld corded vacuum to get up the dust that the dust mop doesn't get. Although I will probably still use the corded one because it is powerful and quick, I did try this one and it will pickup the dust. I put it in my desk drawer to be handy at the desk, especially when I eat home shelled hickory nuts and drop some of the smaller pieces. Yes, with batteries it will suck these up. I keep it in the desk drawer but I'm amazed at the number of times I've pulled it out to use in other parts of the house like in the TV room where my husband eats potato chips.If you have one of these and think it sucks but not in a good way then try putting some fresh AA batteries in it. Of course if you just wanted it to use with your USB then I don't think it will be as strong of suction.Another Con: Another thing I don't like is that you have to take the batteries out to use the USB. Although it has much stronger suction with the batteries, I would still like to be able to use the USB without taking out the batteries. If I could have done this I would have given it 5 stars. It did pick up some small stuff using the USBI might just buy another for my husband to keep by his chair in the TV room

Good size for an office desk and small area floor vacuum. However, the attachment pieces do not fit well and the suction is mediocre at best.

Not very strong, so not good for dust, but does well with everything else. Works best with the power combo of batteries and plug.

This mini vacuum arrived quickly as expected (Thanks Prime!). It's compact, about the size of my tape dispenser. I did opt to use batteries (it takes 4 AAAs) instead of trying the USB route after reading reviews that the batteries provide more power.I purchased this vacuum for the sole purpose of keeping the crested gecko terrarium in my office clean and it serves that purpose beautifully. It's actually decently quiet (doesn't spook my Gecko) and it does the job. I actually did use the brush attachment to clean up my laptop after a particularly crumby lunch and it worked well there too. While I wouldn't recommend this for bigger jobs like say, detailing a vehicle, I do not believe it was intended for that use.Overall, I knew exactly what I wanted it for, and it works perfectly for that job. I may update later with comments about longevity and battery life, but for now, 5 stars from me.

I ordered this to use in my office, and it did not have any suction power at all. It wouldn't even suck up the dust off desk or table surfaces, which is what I was wanting it for (small jobs). Disappointed.

I did not have high hopes for it because it looked like a gimmick, but was pleasantly surprised that this little gadget turned out quite capable. It won't do any heavy vacuuming, but for clearing the desk from dust, crumbs and pencil eraser shavings, it does the job very well. With the light use for the last several weeks I have yet to replace the batteries. Over all I'm very happy with the purchase.
