I've never used tumeric before but my mom has and she always says she feels better. I'm pretty young but I get sore from workouts now and then so I figured I'd give this a try. Even though it's natural, I'm not sure a whole body antiinflammatory is a good thing to take all the time. So, I take when needed, and I can tell it makes a difference. Taking it preemptively also works great if I know I'm gonna do an extra hard day at the gym. It's not like two Advil or that fast... Kinda hard to explain. Easy to swallow, and not issues with it being harsh on my stomach. I’ve just about finished to bottle and I just can’t say 100% that it’s helped any. 🤷🏼‍♀️

I've been taking this for a week now and I've been in less pain, my knee hasn't been hurting me as much. I have arthritis in my knee so sometimes it hurts. These capsules are easy to take and don't have a nasty taste or smell. It has natural ingredients which is nice for people weary of taking drugs. No side effects, just benefits.

The turmeric curcumin joint pills weren't hard to swallow. I decided to take 2 pills before breakfast with a glass of water. Ive been taking them now for about a week and a half. I can stand for a longer period of time now. I also have felt less knee pain than usual
