It tastes ok but I was surprised how small the amount was when it arrived!

Great taste and value
This mixes well with nut milks - it's got a nice combination of flavours - especially with the coconut. The price is reasonable too compared to simular products.

An acquired taste, but worth persevering with for the health benefits.
This turmeric latte mix (golden milk) intrigued me, so I thought I would give it a try although I had no idea what to expect. It has a curious mix of ingredients including the two main ingredients turmeric which gives it it's lovely golden colour and coconut, also spices ginger root, cardamom pod and black pepper.Turmeric is very high in antioxidants and all the ingredients together provide a drink packed with antioxidants, vitamins and nutrients. The drink very popular in Asian countries. This latte mix is easy to use ... simply add one or two teaspoons of the powder to a mug of hot milk and stirred vigorously. I used cow's milk but many other milks can be used such as coconut milk, almond milk, soya milk and so on. I also found it quite nice with the addition of about a third of a teaspoon of sugar.I have to admit this drink is an acquired taste and if you've never tasted golden milk before, it might be advisable to start with one teaspoon added to a mug of milk increasing up to 2 tsp when you get used to the flavour.I've been drinking a mug of this during the evening and it does seem to help me get a better night's sleep and if you take a magnesium tablet with this it works even better for a restful sleep. Is hard to explain the taste of this drink, it is sort of a sweet, creamy, slightly spicy and peppery drink that is not unpleasant although it takes some getting used to.Thank you for reading and I hope you found my review helpful.

okay
I really am in two minds about this stuff.. I wanted to substitute my late night coffee for something that was not only full of sugar but healthier in general for me, so getting the opportunity to test this item was ideal.I mixed mine with soem hot milk, I am just starting to think about cutting down on things like sugar etc and milk has always been a weakness of mine, i knew unless i started out slowly i would fail miserably lol so allowed myyself the milk, if not geting my sugar. Trying something so very diferent from my usual late night milky coffee (i know!.. lol) i knew i had to be open minded with this. Told myself it was good for me and after the initial first couple of tastes i definitely got used to it. I did notice that when the milk was piping hot it didn't taste anyywhere near as good as when it had cooled a litle so i would suggest if you are mixing it as i did then to let it col, it really effects the taste (as with most things), but once cooled it really didnt taste too bad so i would recommend, and if you are in a similar frame of mind as me i would sayy persevere and good luck, this stuff may help. Its good to know instead of a full fat sugarycoffee i am choosing sometyhing that may be beneficial in the long run lol.

Definitely an acquired taste.
I enjoy a warm drink before I go to bed but I want to avoid tea and coffee unless it is decaffeinated. Likewise some hot chocolate is not always a good choice. My Husband doesn't like hot chocolate and avoids dairy milk, so wanted a hot drink before bedtime. This drink is good for a bedtime drink, it can be made with dairy milk or alternative milk. I had it with dairy milk and my husband had it with oat milk. Both worked well and gave the drink a smooth and creamy texture.I like turmeric in Curry, but I was concerned that this drink would be strange and savoury. Upon tasting it though there are other flavours in the drink like coconut, pepper and ginger which sweeten it. I had it without adding sugar, my Husband had his with sweetners. My Husband found that it helped him to sleep and helped him feel less achy. I have chronic pain and unfortunately it didn't help me that much.If you like the ingredients in this drink then you will probably like it. It's unusual, but I enjoyed drinking it.

A warming drink with healthy benefits
I had heard of Golden Milk but had never tried it so was when I saw this I was curious to give it a try.I use all the ingredients in some form as I am aware they have great health benefits including being anti-oxidants and anti-inflammatory. Having them here brings all these benefits together and in some cases make them more effective. Black pepper and turmeric when combined the mixture contains powerful anti-inflammatory properties. Inflammation with its aches and pains often increases during the winter season and this is a particularly warming drink and appealing to feel heated from the inside out. However this might be considered an acquired taste especially if not use to some of the flavours. I mixed a heaped teaspoon with a little oat milk to form a smooth paste, then I added further warmed oat milk. It was sweet enough for me but a spoon full of honey could be added. (I would have personally preferred the mix not to have the sugar in and the only reason its dropped a star).I found it seemed to have a ’creamy’ consistency and have a gingery/peppery after taste. I liked it maybe even loved this – but appreciate others may not feel the same. With the possibility that the ingredients may in addition be helping aid my digestion, have a calming effect and maybe even improve my sleep I think it is worth suggesting others give it a try.

Mixed opinion
I have got inflammation in my throat from a bout of acid reflux apparently, so while it heals have been downing any anti-inflammatory ingredients known to man. This blend contains some of the most potent ones on the market in form of turmeric and ginger. Before that I used to boil fresh ginger and mix in turmeric, so was good to compare this to it.Overall, I enjoyed the taste of the drink. However, a big let down is sugar added. It does not specify the amounts, rather just says can sugar, truth be told I would rather not have that in there, does not make sense to have a drink full of potent ingredients only to the have it loaded with sugar (or may only be a little, does not quantify it) therefore 3 stars.
