Use as a daily probiotic. I feel better using it and have no side effects

When I first started taking a probiotic, I started with this one. It worked great. It was a little expensive. So I went and tried another brand well, what a difference! With the other brands I had bloating and actually was constipated again. I switched back to activated you and I am Feeling so much better. I Have no bloating again and I feel like I am emptying my bowels completely!

I ordered this product on January 2023, after taking it for a while I noticed it wasn’t as effective as the one I ordered directly from ActivatedYou. When I checked the date at the bottom of the bottle I noticed it was manufactured in October 2021. This is a probiotic blend and I believe it’s not effective due to the expiration date.

These have really helped with my bloating. I bloat so easy and have been told to try to get a good quality probiotic. Then I went down a rabbit hole of trying to find the "best one". This one had so much informative info when I looked it up. It is the only one I take now and I can tell the difference in my bloating and my daily energy as a 41 year old. I would recommend to anyone
