It's alright
This fried chicken coating is alright. It doesn't have the typical southern flavour you'd usually expect from a coating and is actually less flavourful that I'd typically expect from these types of coatings but I still quite like it. This can actually also be a positive thing if you're looking to cover this in some kind of sauce such as a sweet asian fried chicken sauce as those don't go well with southern coatings. The resulting coating is nice and crispy although can have trouble staying attached to the meat.
