My son is 48 inches tall and 50 lbs. has room to wear pants underneath and it’s about 3 inches longer than needed. The waist is a good fit. These are good quality and will definitely keep him warm with room to grow into them.

Loved that these were not bulky, but still warm and waterproof. I would purchase again.

We tested these recently in real-world rough conditions on a trip to RMNP in March, during that epic snowstorm.I'm not sure of bodily proportions for kids from other places, but I don't know any kid (even the fat ones) with a butt that big and legs that short. The leg-length was fine but the seat of the pants was a little far down my my son's thighs. He's not an oompa-loompa...The product worked OK, otherwise. Minor complaint - The 'belt' is a joke just use a real one.Did a decent enough job otherwise with sledding and hiking. If you sit long enough in the snow it will eventually get wet, so spray them down with some waterproofing. Reasonably warm otherwise.

They are adorable and my girls love them! After playing outside in the snow for and hour, they were not even damp. Very impressed! 10 out 10!

My 11 year old loves these pants. He uses them for scouts and other activities. They do get wet though and he has gotten pretty cold. We love that they are not to bulky and can be used for hiking as well as other snow sports. They held up for tubing.

My child loves the way they look they keep him warm he does not need to double up use for school and playtime.

The belt buckle is very easily breakable and not strong. The pants waistband is barely adjustable. There's no elastic ankle cuff to keep snow out of the kids boots/inside the pants. Other than that, they're warm and look cool.
