I am not exactly using this for yoga but for some exercises to help my spine. The role is constructed very very well and works for the purpose I bought it

One received seem to seem approximately 3 inch’s.
Returned the first one because it was NOT rectangular as in the photo. Second one came the same even when I described why I was returning the first one. Obviously no one reads what you type. Took it to my yoga instructor who will make good use of it.

Shrinkflation at its best.
We have ordered this exact bolster in the past, and loved it. It has now halved in size on the edge at 3in vs the 6in listed. Look elsewhere if you are wanting a bolster that is used in yoga studios.

Not My Size
I purchased another bolster from Retospec 2 years ago and compared it to the one I recently received. This one was several inches less in length. Not near as thick. As well as being an inch less in width. The filling did not appear to be the same. So it would not be as supportive. The return was time consuming.
