Can't say anything bad about the laptop itself... its quick and powerful. However wrongly advertised. Eg:- shows speakers on the side, mine were along the top. Shows finger print sensor, mine did not come with one. Shows active pen mine did not come with one. I have also seen that some peoples came with a USB-C charger instead of the barrel type one . Mine has the barrel type which is fine because it leaves the USB-C port free to connect other things.

The laptop looks great. But... I only had Office 365 on it, and the icons and fonts were fuzzy. The screen resolution etc were all fine. everything seemed up to date. Reinstall windows seemed to be the only way forward. After 20 hours, the reinstall hadn't finished. Microsoft advised booting from a USB, so had to sort all of that... Fine. Then there were some more updates. The auto-reboot part way through crashed, and the laptop had to be fully switched off and restarted. The fan is incredibly noisy, to the extend that my husband working in a neighbouring room queried the loud noise.Have had a few Lenovo machines and always been happy, so assume this is just a faulty machine. Returning, which is a pain - hope that I can reset without further issues as need to remove all personal details before sending back.

Amazingly quick! Before you purchase a laptop, do your research first. Do not buy anything with an i3 processor. These laptops are usually inferior machines and will not cope with the array of apps and programs. When you calculate the downtime waiting for apps and programs to load, reboots etc. it is simply not worth it. It is also worth investing in a model with SSD drive. I made the mistake of panic buying several machines during the first lockdown for our staff and soon realised that they were inadequate. Upgraded all 10 machines to this model and haven't had any issues whatsoever. Touch screen is an added bonus!

I did a lot of reviews, which were good before I bought it. I have been into computers a long time, and take my time when shopping around for the right product. Bought for my daughter, who is on ZOOM quite a bit, so the camera and speakers where important, these work very well good volume and clear image. It is a Flex so it folds into tablet mode with no problem. Good size and weight. Lots good things to say. Bought the I5 to ensure good processing power. Would buy again and noticed that many places sold out quite quickly. Great Laptop, you will like it when you get it home.

I have been researching for months always came back to this make, was looking at a cheaper one but didn't have a touch screen or didn't fold back. Thought I treat myself and paid the extra.Its quite thin and starts up fast. Use for generalHighly recommended. Pay the extra and get this

Ordered this to replace a Yoga that had broken and our other Lenova was running very slow. This arrived very quickly (24 hours) and was a bargain from the Warehouse deals. It is so much quicker and easier to use than our old one. When plugged in, the set-up is so easy as you are talked through everything. Only thing I needed to do was remove the security software (McAfee) and replace with our trusted Bullguard software.Would recommend and repurchase if necessary.

I like everything about the laptop - I have used a Lenovo before. The keyboard layout (I bought this from Amazon UK as it is impossible to by a computer/laptop with a QUERTY keyboard here in France) is great with very good response keys. The screen size is perfect - no need to use a second monitor with this size. Overall, very happy with my purchase. Finally, arrived as promised with excellent protective packaging.
