These gave me strange bowel symptoms…not of a good order. As soon as I stopped them the problem stopped..so I’ve reverted to the Digestive Enzymes that I usually take…they are so much better.

Upon receiving and reading the label, I realized that this was not a Gluten Free product. It would have been super handy to have know this before purchasing.Thank you!
