ChromaCast Folding Guitar Foot Rest (CC-FR) Black

I am a professional classical guitarist and I have owned many footstools over the years. Unfortunately most of them are not very good, no matter what the cost. These 3 footstools from ChromaCast are the worst footstools I have ever purchased. After taking one out of the box and setting it at the lowest height setting, I proceeded to play guitar. Before too long the footstool went flat after the metal in the product gave way. This is the achilles heel of all footstools: where the pressure is exerted on the grooves on the underside of the platform. Cheap metal, as in these footstools, does not resist and gives way.I ordered these because frankly I am fed up with paying as much as $19.90 for one footstool and I figured three for $10.51 with free shipping was a real bargain. Ha! These 3 footstools are a bargain if you like junk that doesn't work. I have not tried the other two yet but do not expect anything different. I should have known that you get what you pay for.

Pros: Feels well made. Has nice traction rubber pad on top. Has nice selection of height settings. Folds up to a very slim profile for travel.Cons: The foot pads that contact the floor are barely wider that the foot rest itself so I find myself knocking it over fairly often, especially when I have it raised to the highest setting, that is why I gave it only 2 stars for "Stability"

I only used this a few times and the metal ended up bending to the side. I bent it back, however, it just want' the same anymore. Sort of like an aluminum can getting a dent, once you take those out its not the same and becomes less usable. I tried using it for an extended amount of time, but can hands down state this is a waste of money. Please invest into something with a less likely chance of bending out of place.

I purchased this as an add on item for a few dollars while purchasing a keyboard bench that I use with this foot rest. I was impressed by the build quality and ease of use. This guitar foot rest is the best bang for the buck when money is funny or even if don’t want to shell out $20 for a footrest that does that same as this item. I definitely recommend to save some money and invest elsewhere.

I would only recommend if you are way way skinny, otherwise it will be twisted once you push on it. You know what, even if you are skinny, this will probably be twisted and break once you little push on it.

Very comfortable. Easy to set up and move around. Love it.

I had this footstool for less than one week when it fell over as I put my foot on it. When it fell with my foot on it, the metal twisted and broke for the lowest setting of this rest. The metal is very thin and I don't think it should have collapse so completely with the small amount of weight I placed on it. Just don't waste your money. Pure Junk!!

Sencillo, pero indispensable para los que tocan la guitarra, lo compre para mi hija, no pesa y es fácil de transportar con la guitarra. La calidad del producto me pareció buena.

No se si es mi copia o se golpeó en el envío, pero al desplegar el pedal éste parece mesa con las patas chuecas: tambalea. Sin embargo, por el precio no me atrevo a castigar tanto la calificación. Además, logró soportar mi peso cuando por accidente me paré sobre el.

Es un producto bastante bueno, tiene un acabado metalico y muy resistente lo que es maravilloso, yo he probado en sesiones largas y sin problemas, se puede ajustar su altura acorde a las necesidades personales.

Ce repose-pied sert autant quand on joue de la guitare ou bien si on doit être assis longtemps pour épargner un peu notre bas du dos. En d'autre terme, c'est versatile. Bon achat, bonne qualité-prix.
