Works great long lasting works great for thick fur

I love this brush. We have a very hairy Golden. It grabs the hair and the brush is easy to grip. Getting the hair out is easy too, 2 years and it’s all in good shape, we’ve been through many brushes that the handles broke off. So far so good.

You don’t have to spend all that money on the ones that look just like these that cost a lot more. These work perfectly and have held up well. Our dog is a very furry golden and brushing is easy now. Kinda, still hurts my back.

I have an Australian Shepard he has a very thick top coat and a thick under coat as well. This brush helps control the shedding and keeps him looking well groomed and handsome.

The doggie likes it. She doesn't run away or wince in pain from this brush. And it makes her look very nice. 10/10

Does not pull out the hair. My dog enjoys the brushing.

Looking for a different type of brush and maybe something smaller for my Pomeranians. Nothing wrong with the product.

I have enjoyed two Standard Poodles for the past 15 years. However, grooming has become a real chore due to my hands. I started reading about the advantages of longer pined brushes, that are also loved by dogs for not scratching their skin. Let the research begin. I read about every brush out there, from the most expensive, to the least expensive. I took into consideration the head of the grooming brush, as I wanted a larger head to cover more area on my Standard Poodle. Also the length of the pins, the curve in the bodies brush, curved pins, softness of pins, and a handle that wouldn't slip in my hand. This brush was advertised to do it all. I received the brush on Saturday, and to my pleasant surprise, my dog loves it! SO much so that he wagged his tail through out the entire grooming, and even let be brush under his arms, and his tail without pulling away. When I was finished, which took half the time of my regular brush, Stetson wanted to be groomed more. Now that's what I call a perfect testimony to a great product! The only downside is the packaging. Its packed in a plastic type bubble, on cardboard, ready to be hung and displayed at a retail venue. Now, if that bubble had just a bit stronger material, several of the pins wouldn't have gotten crushed in transit, which is partially Amazon's fault for not having packed them in a box, instead of putting them just in an envelope. Would I purchase this product again? Absolutely! It looks as if it's built to last....heavy usage will tell, as I brush Stetson daily.
