It works great repelling flies, but my cat loves it as a toy, so I bought another one.

This actually does help keep flies from landing on food/beverages while used when cooking or eating! Keep in mind it only works for the close proximity to the fan, it doesn’t keep flies away outside the circumference of the fan. I have repurchased to have more than one unit and I highly recommend! It is also convenient you can either use batteries or charge them with the included cord.

This keeps flies away from food very well. Especially if you eat outdoors on a fine day, and plates of food don't have covers on them. What I particularly like, is that you can reach for food, while the soft blades are working, and they just keep working, even if they brush against your arm or hand.

I was very happy how well this product worked. We had a family BBQ on the weekend and I put these to the test. My wife's father was interested to see if they worked and he was amazed. We did not see one single fly land on any of the food. I would recommend this product to anyone. I will be buying more.

This product is genius! Like why did it take so long to get this to a picnic table? Candles don’t stay lit and generally do not deter flies. The fly bags stink like death. But this FLY AWAY table top fan is simply perfection. Works every time. Planning to buy more for our organization. It will be so wonderful when we host events to not have to worry about flies on the table.
