Quick Release Wand for Dyson DC58/DC59/DC61/DC62/DC74 /V6 Models (Purple).

Exactly what I needed for half the price of the Dyson! My brush bar on Dyson V8 stopped spinning and I found out it was the pole that had a faulty connection and not the brush bar itself. Ordered this replacement and it fit perfectly and fixed my problem for half the price!!

This is an EXCELLENT replacement for the original rod. My red attachment button broke off of my old one, I tried gluing it but that only made it difficult to take on and off. I was worried that this replacement would be loose, ill fitting, or poor quality. But it’s none of those things. I actually like it so much more than my original. It connects easily and functions very well. It is a few inches longer too, which makes it more comfortable to vacuum with I feel.

I love my Dyson. I use it several times a day so when my wand broke I read some reviews and settle on this one. It was a perfect fit and works great.

I like the darker color over factory. It looks nice. Kinda miss the OE Dyson label on the tubing but this isn’t a huge deal. It works just as well as the OE Dyson one and for a pole that clicks in this is all you need. Recommend if you are trying to save money or just fix your older vacuum. This is on our Dyson V8 Animal. Had for months. Works fine. Quality.

After a few years of having our Dyson, this part finally broke. However, this replacement seems like it’s way better quality! The color was a little brighter than anticipated, but nothing bad. Works just like the old one, but actually feels like a more solid connection to the vacuum and the heads. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a replacement or if you just want a better part! Well worth the cheap price!

This one was a breath of fresh air. The vacuum itself never had a wand, or hose included. I had to grab one of these instead. It clips right into the head of the vacuum, as expected. The connectors on both ends seem to seal nicely, so that there are no suction leaks. The outer shell consists of purple anodized aluminum, and a plastic inner liner. The liner has channels for a pair of cables to travel through, to drive powered attachments, such as brushes. Overall, it makes the Dyson experience quite a bit more palatable. Personally, I'm happy with it... And would recommend it, if yours didn't come with one.

I really wanted this replacement wand to work, but it fell short in several ways. The quick-release connection doesn’t lock properly, so the attachments keep slipping off during use. It feels noticeably cheaper and less sturdy than the original Dyson part. I tried it with multiple tools and had the same issue every time. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and I ended up going back to a different replacement that actually fits. Not recommended.

I’m very pleased with this. It looks nice, feels nice and popped on without issue and was able to let me vacuum immediately.

Great replacement

Got it for our handheld Dyson and works great. Have had it for over a year and still 100% solid. Powers up the vacuum head, all attachments fit. Cheaper option than buying the full length kit.

Excellent fit

This vacuum tube/wand fits perfectly and works exactly the same as the original Dyson version (which, after many years of trouble-free use, had broken at the electrical-connector point).
