Had my hip replaced and now my one leg is longer than the other. My other hip needs to be replaced as well and the problem will be no more after I get that done but I'm the meantime these are great. I put it in the shoe of my shorter leg and now the difference is barely noticable. I put it in a running shoe and still have great heel grip wearing the shoe. You'll want to wear shoes at home just to keep your body aligned properly. I found was walking on my toes with the shorter leg to keep everything level which isn't a good idea. I've only had these for 2 days but I'm loving them so far. I can walk normally with them in my shoe and that's what's important. Plenty of cushion and I don't even notice them in my shoe besides being able to walk normally. I highly recommend them

This product uses 4 gel wedges, 3 plain and one with a fabric coating and logo. Each wedge is supposed to be 1/4" of lift, and each of the wedges is coated with adhesive and has a plastic sheet on it to allow you to select the number of wedges to use before peeling off the plastic and aligning the 'stack' to place in the shoe. My issue is leg length, so I only need one stack per pair of shoes, so this product covers 2 pairs of shoes for me.The biggest issue I have is that it is rather small. I am not talking about the height of the stack, but the area of the heel. Granted I have a size 13 shoe, but it seems as this one-size-fits-all is sized for a rather small shoe. It leaves about 3/8" space around the stack and I can sometimes feel that when I am walking. It would be a great improvement if Sol3 made this product in multiple sizes!The other issue I have is that this is marketed as a 1" maximum lift (1/4" per layer, 4 layers). If I simply measure the stack of 4 at the thickest point at the back of the heel, it only measures 7/8" at the most. Given that one's heel isn't going to be supported at the back edge of that stack, but rather significantly more toward the center of the angled stack, it would seem that the lift of a full stack of 4 layers would be well less than 7/8"Even given these two issues, the product feels great and seems to stay in place. I just wish it was a larger surface for the heel.

After the complete hip joint replacement I had this spring, my left leg ended up longer than the right. Nothing really serious, but it was uncomfortable and I was afraid of developing back pain if I didn't do something to correct it. I tried these SOL3 Quick Lifts and have been very happy with the comfort and instant relief. They stay in place very well, being a bit sticky on the bottom side. If they start to lose grip due to accumulation of lint or dirt, rinse with a little soap and water, let dry, and it's as good as new. I've ordered several sets to make sure I have one for every left shoe or boot.

The product enhances height tremendously. My friend also purchased the same kind, however, the effects for her were different. Since these insoles are gel, they are much comfier than the usual plastic insoles. I only weigh from 110-120. My friend is in the 130-140s so her insoles after a weak were flat since it’s gel. - My advice would be if you scale from 120s and under, get these. If higher, purchase the plastic insoles.

This product gives me just the right amount of lift for my shoe as my legs are two different lengthens since I broke my femur. They are very comfortable and easy to place in my shoes
