Dr.Foot Height Increase Insoles, Heel Cushion Inserts, Heel Lift Inserts for Leg Length Discrepancies

Purchased these to level leg after hip surgery. These are comfortable and stays in place. They were the perfect height for leg and easy to insert in shoe.

I got these after i had hip surgery, one leg is now longer/shorter and it was causing my back to hurt. and didn't want to have to go to the doc to get really expensive inserts. I tried these and with in a day or two, I could tell the difference, so now I have several of them, I have been getting an extra pair every month on subscribe and save so that I can have one for every shoe and not have to constantly change them. If the sticky gets weak I just rinse it off in water and when it dries it is sticky again so that it stays put in the shoe. Now I have enough for every shoe for less than the price of one at the doctors office. and they are soft and comfortable. win win! I would recommend them to anyone that needs to even out to save you from the back pain! and as you can see in the pictures it works in nearly every shoe from slippers to dress to sneakers etc...

About 3 days of use.I’ve used the smaller version before, and these are needed improvement for me.I’m size 13 and these fit nicely.I don’t use more than one at a time because my right leg is 1 inch shorter than my left, and these relieve my lower back pain.Adhesion rating depends on what you need. I take these out and put them in different shoes constantly, and in that respect I don’t like a lot of adhesion as that’ll pull the bottom of the shoe out. The smaller/tan ones would do this and often be too sticky. After pulling them out of shoes so many times the base of the insert would begin to come apart. But these larger black inserts seem to have less adhesive so I can transfer them more easily.Over all for me they’re a big help.

pros: fits perfectly in my shoes. significantly decreases pain from Achilles tendonitis (for me -talk to your doctor about your pain first)cons: sometimes, while working (I walk 10-20 miles every day for work) the inserts will slip from the heel to the arch of the foot. with proper adjustments and use of a dehumidifying agent like foot powder, it happens less often.There is a slight height increase. Overall, this set of pads is a great value. there's very little break-in time and they last for about a year with extremely heavy use (pun intended - I'm a large fellow)This is my second purchase and I couldn't be happier.

Although this product appears to be well made it is not quite what I expected from the Amazon advertisement. It is too narrow (the ad said it was wide) and I constantly have the sensation that I am going to "roll" my ankle as my foot attempts to slide off to the side. It should be made wider and taper up to a shoulder on the edges, so as to keep the foot centered

For a woman, it doesn’t bother me because I’m used to wearing heels but for my husband no he said he did not like the way it feels because it feels like he’s wearing high heels. (1inch heel) Get the small set for women shoe width and large fits a man’s shoe better. He said The 0.6 is comfortable without any noticeable discomfort the 1 inch we return it was too much and felt uncomfortable. Comes with a sticky side to help prevent sliding in the shoe.

Wearing these for a few hours leaves my knees in pain for a full day. The height is definitely there though.

These worked perfectly! My daughter walked almost 11 full hours in them and only needed a 15 min break from them. We put them in a high top shoe that was a size bigger than her normal size. She was able to go on everything she wanted to!! So happy we got these! It made our trip so much more fun!

That is very unstable and always works slippery. Also it causes hill pain.

It absolutely good product. For height discrepancyMy son use it last one month . It is fitted with normal high ankle shoe. There is no problem arise now.

The quality of the gel material looks nice. Interesting design with all the beans inside. I bought it only because the AD says it is 0.6 inch in thickness, which is what is needed for a person with one leg shorter than the other. BUT, 0.6 inch is definitely not 0.6'', it is actually 0.5''. This product is absolutely over-priced for what it is. My overall conclusion: not worth buying at all.And, here are some lessons I learnt:Your body weight will certainly squash it down to almost nothing for 0.6'', yes, even for a skinny person with regular body shape. So, my calculation is: if you actually need 0.6'' in thickness, buy the 1 inch ones. When you actually use it inside your shoes, it will go down to about 0.5 to 0.6 inch in thickness.
