Good Isometric Arm and Hand exercise - EASY TO STORE
I learned about these is Physical Therapy. Easy to use beware blue is stiff so you'll need plenty of strength for the blue. You may want to try a different color below blue to start out. I own a black one which is much stiffer than the blue and requires alot more strength. There are several exercise you can do with them. Twist in vertical positions, Twist in horizontal postiiton, and bend in horizontal. I can definetly tell a difference.

The best way to increase strength.
Years ago I scored extremely low on a grip strength test, and later I saw a video referencing a study showing people who did grip strength exercises increased their major lifts by about 50% in a very short time (months?) if they already had a very weak grip. I would agree, with the extra condition that gripping and twisting this bar works out your entire upper body and not just the grip muscles. You could probably get away with just this bar to work out your entire upper body, depending on how you grip it.

Watch my video review for everything you need to know to make your purchase. Best tool to relieve Tennis Elbow / Carpel Tunnel.
I have carpel tunnel and have been looking for a way to relief pain as well as strengthen my wrists. From my research I found these twist sticks were the best, simplest and cheapest way to do that. I'm very happy with my progress and feel my wrists have improved in the last week of use. There are more gimmicky contraptions that strengthen the wrists but they usually strengthen the pull (towards your body) of your wrist. This stick can strengthen every single movement of your wrist. There was a problem which you can in my video review, where the unit has excess rubber from the molding process, which was not properly removed. In the industry it's called "flesh", this is the residual material (unwanted) that is left on the product from the molding process. I used basic sanding paper to sand this excess rubber down and now it's perfect. This was a problem for me because I used this stick for exercise, as I gripped tightly to work out the muscles. You might not find it such a problem for tennis elbow release, because you don't need to grip the stick so tight. Regardless, this can be easily fixed. There is a different manufacturer that makes similar sticks but I chose this one, why? The other manufacturer's sticks increased in thickness as you went up the hardness. Their similarly hardness stick was 2 inches wide, while this one was only 1.5 inches. I thought the 2 inches would give me a worse grip and thus a worse workout. These Cando sticks are all 1.5 inches wide, no matter which hardness you choose.

Heavy duty forearm muscle worker
I bought the blue bar to help improve muscle flexibility and strength within my arms. The bar is a little hard & stiff but it works for me to challenge my muscles for normal office use. It does the job for what I need so I can't complain!

Great Flex Bar
I've been battling Tennis Elbow. Been using CanDo flex bars at my PT rehab center, and finally decided to buy one of my own. At first, I bought some varying brands, thinking this would be an easy purchase, but nooooo, not so easy. Other bars are way too light, and some don't return to shape very well at all. The CanDo bars are great. I ended up with a blue one (heavy). It is pretty heavy and returns to shape perfectly. If you're a gorilla, then get the black one (extra heavy). Otherwise, most folks will likely want something in the Medium strength range. There are 6 strength ratings (different colors) of the CanDo bars. This is a very good product!

Gets rid of tennis elbow.
Within a few days of using the blue rubber bar, my tennis elbow that I had been living with for more than five years was gone. Look up online the excercise to do to get rid of this. Eccentric exercises are amazing rehab and this bar is high quality for ones that use such a product.

Seems to be working
I had some mild tennis elbow issues for more then two years and after using twist exerciser for tree month the pain has gone. No ouch moments when handling 1 gallon water jugs any more. That's said I was also doing (and will) hand stretches every day, taken Manganese supplements, extra Collagen and switched to gymnastic rings from pull up bar. If you have anything but mild issues I recommend getting the medium torque bar (green), start slowly and give yourself every other day off to recover. Search "Tyler Twist" exercise to do it properly. You can also use the bar as roller to warm up and align the tissues.

Cando Blue Twist-n-Bend (for tennis elbow)
Received the blue Cando Twist-n-Bend (2nd highest level of resistance) within 2 weeks of ordering, delivered to Australia. The product arrived in new condition with basic plastic packaging in a padded cardboard box. It has a solid feel and works as described (twisting under tension). It provides a challenging exercise for the 'back of the forearm muscles and muscles around the elbows'. Using other grip strengtheners regularly for 2-3 months now to alleviate tennis elbow, I rate this product as low to moderate difficulty with 15 repetitions achievable straight out of the box but still challenging enough to feel the benefit of muscle fatigue ('the burn').

Seems to work well, has held up for a few months now.
I occasionally get pain in my forearms/wrists from heavy PC use. Doing some exercises with this seems to help. I've used it for a few months with no noticeable damage to the bar itself.

Cumple su función
El rodillo vale para lo que vale. Igual el color azul es un poco duro pero cumple su función para fortalecer muñecas, antebrazos y codos.
