E989R Rigid Non-Metallic PVC 12" x 12" x 6" Conduit Junction Box

I called about 1000 feet of cat six cable for 13 security cameras. I made this box the hub. First I ran it from the NVR into this box outside the basement and then distributed it in several different lines from this box. This box is great, easily drilled with step bits to install whatever branch lines you need. It’s sturdy and solid, waterproof and super easy to install. I’d buy it again in a heartbeat for another project if I needed it

This Conduit Junction Box worked out well for my purpose of covering outdoor exposed water connections in a cold climate.

This cheap non-hinged electrical enclosure was used by an un-professional electrician to enclose our otherwise very nice Grundfos CU-301 well pump motor controller. Almost useless undersized rubber gasket could not keep out light rain, and certainly not melting snow piled up on the top of the enclosure. Probably works well for indoor use, but I would never use it outdoors. Having to replace this cheap enclosure myself with a hinged NEMA-4x enclosure with a good gasket system. Same electrician did such a hack job installing our well water pump controller, we made him replace his non-code compliant 30 amp 220 breaker protecting our CU-301 with 15 amps which is the largest allowed for protecting the CU-301. His wiring of the pressure sensor inside our buried vault failed yesterday which will require a competent electrician to re-install properly. This cheap Carlon enclosure was the box of choice by a hack electrician .... this should tell you something.
