Sweaty BettyWomens Power 7/8 Workout Leggings with Side Pockets

My first pair of Sweaty Betty tights. These are keepers.Out of the bag, my first thoughts were, “this material doesn’t feel very high end...seems kind of thin” and “uh oh, I must have bought the wrong size—these are tiny!” But once I put them on they felt great. The material is on the thinner side, but feels very comfortable. Even though the fabric in the pattern I bought is white on the reverse, there was no “white-out” effect when stretching it, which I was surprised about.I was surprised and glad that they fit well, too. Amazon’s recommendation was to buy a size small, but I am a size 4 in pants and Sweaty Betty’s own size chart on their website said that is an XS in their sizing. So, that’s what I went with, in the 7/8 length. (For reference, I am 5’1”, 125-ish, no butt, but super muscular legs). These don’t have a ton of extra room, and a size small would have probably been okay too, but I’m wearing these for running and a compressive fit in the legs is perfect. The waist isn’t tight at all; I might have had issues with it being too loose if I’d gotten the larger size. The top of the waistband hits somewhat above my navel, which is fine. Even though these are super stretchy, they don’t feel like they will go anywhere when I run, which is a concern for me when wearing tights that aren’t fairly high waisted. The drawstring on these would prevent that, in any case. I like the zippered back pocket...there’s a non-zippered one on the side that could hold a phone, too...and the 7/8 length hits me perfectly at the ankle.I did get these at a reduced price, and I’m not sure that future pairs of non-sale-price Sweaty Bettys will ever be in my budget, but I’m really happy with these and hope to eventually get a few more pairs. Love all the patterns!

When these went on sale I bought 3 pairs because its affordable and comfortable (with the right amount of compression). Yeah, so it may look like I am wearing the same pants 2 days a week, but at least I know they are clean.And they are not sheer, so you can bend and twist as you like and the print won't fade in the stretched areas. You can definitely feel the material isof good quality.As for fit, I am petite (5' 0") with a short 28" inseam and these are full length on me. It will be 7/8 for average height and probably cropped on an even taller person.

After Athleta stopped making their Contender leggings, it was time for me to branch out. After trying many high end brands these are hands down my favorite and I like them just as much if not better than my Contenders. These are truly made for working out and are great for high impact classes. They are worth the price tag.

Very disappointing...especially at the price paid!!! Didn’t fit the same after wearing only a couple times. Washed in cold water and air dried, but somehow the waist is much looser now and no adjustment (like drawstring or belt to hold them up), so they are always slipping down when walking! Having to constantly pull them up is really uncomfortable and embarrassing. Really too bad because the design looks really good and the material has a nice weight to it...they feel substantial. $100 mistake that I can’t wear!!!

These are my wife's favorite running tights. She really appreciates how this product fits - the waistband prevents them from falling down and the weight if the fabric is just right for her morning runs.

This is a super comfortable pair of leggings. I bought it for working out and compression so it was very tight around the middle. Size up if you want something to wear all day long. The fabric is smooth and soft and thick enough so no issues with VPL.

I’m obsessed with these! I’m 5’2 so this length is perfect for me! Squat proof- so comfortable- great for HIIT classes, running, or just hanging out. I got the snakeskin color and have received so many compliments- I want more!

The fit is amazing. The pocket does not stick out as in some brands. They are my go to pants for the gym.
