My package was delivered on October 4th after being ordered on October 2nd. This quick delivery turnaround was a great plus. Likewise, all of my picture frames came in perfect condition with no scratches or breakage. I would give this product 4 stars. The foam packaging that was inside the box was a little messy and the box was a little beat from the shipment. The frames are not the best quality but are definitely sturdy for the price. Overall would purchase again!

The title says it all

The product was great and exactly what I expected! The 12 pack made it great for designing a collage in my room. The 8.5x11 sizing of the picture frames fit all my pictures perfectly and the front loading frames make it super easy to swap out photos! I was pleasantly surprised that none of them arrived damaged. The frames seem very sturdy when hanging on the wall or just sitting on my table

These picture frames are great! I used several of them as a gift and the size and thickness of the frames were perfect. Most were in great condition, but one of the frames had a small crack in the corner of the glass, as shown in the picture. It is a front loading frame, and it is super easy to use. The directions were very helpful.

Overall, I was very impressed with the frames. I would have given the frames five stars, however, only 11/12 frames worked. One frame had a defect in the plastic edge that wouldn't hold the glass in the frame.

The frames are perfect for what I needed! Great product and came in undamaged!

Almost but not quite perfect. I got these for use when I print a photograph that I'd like to frame. I always use standard 8.5" x 11" photo paper. These frames are super easy to open/close so they are easy to slip photographs or certificates under the glass but... they are about 1/8" too narrow in both the width and the height. I had to cut off 1/8" on both length and width sides of my photographs to install them under the glass. I tested it with regular paper as well to determine if my photo paper was simply off size-wise but no. The standard paper also had to be shaved at least 1/8" to 1/4" on both the length and width in order to slip it into the frame. Even if I took off the glass completely to lay the paper flat within the frame, the paper was slightly too large so I had to cut off that slim bit of paper on one long edge and one short edge to make it fit.That was a real disappointment because I love everything else about these frames. They have a clean, uncluttered look and it's super easy to slightly bend it to pop out the front glass, slip a photo into the frame and then pop the glass back into place. There is a small triangular tab on the back that can be pulled out and clicked into place for displaying the frame freestanding on a table, or there are built-in nail holes on the back to hang the frame in either portrait or landscape orientation.So if they were just 1/8 to 1/4" larger in width and length, they'd be absolutely perfect. They're good, but not perfectt because I do have to trim my photographs.
