Useful read for older folks
I found this book with its exercises easy to follow. The detail in the beginning of the book is particularly useful and reassuring. The exercises are of course of value to people with disabilities

Excellent reference and guide for seniors who want to remain mobile
This is a well illustrated book with good instructions printed in an easy to read format. The exercises and routines are appropriate for seniors with moderate disabilities. I have been disabled by long-standing arthritis, but with the help of this Chair Yoga, I have improved in strength and flexibility. Note: Before I started this self-help program, I asked my physiotherapist to assess the book and she said it was one of the best she has seen. I highly recommend it.
