My use for the pillow is on my desk, to act as a cushion for my elbow. My arm is too large to stick my arm through it like shown in the photo. Then I realized I could buy another pillow and zip them together to accommodate my larger arm. So I did. This pillow so far, has been helpful with the ulnar nerve issues in my mousing arm. I leave it flat, sitting on my desk with my elbow sitting on it. When the pillows I've just ordered, I can and will try using them in other ways. Cloth covering is soft on the skin.

I bought this to put behind my back in my desk chair at work to help with back pain from prolonged sitting. This little thing is great! You can roll it up and zip it, or lay it out flat. Plus it has a warm fuzzy side that feels soft and warm against my back. This thing is traveling everywhere with me from now on!
