I was really hoping this would work like the pictures show as I'm having problems with my shoulders. No matter how we tried adjusted it, the shoulders it wouldn't fit right. The heating pad sits above the shoulders and won't sit right on them. Totally useless to me when it won't fit right.

It was way to large for me, a 5’10” woman I could not adjust it so it fit both shoulders. My husband at 6’2” also had a difficult time adjusting it. I had been using a regular heating pad and had hoped this product would provide the same relief, but it never got hot enough to even come close. I have since returned it to the vendor.
