For reference, I'm a 6"2 male and I find the headband is perfectly comfortable and not too tight or loose. (If it was too tight, one could always cut it at the back and add a velcro adjuster.)I chose this model as I wanted something that I could use while watching TV, or walk around the house, and also use at night with the option to cover my eyes.The sound is fine, and what I expected from a device like this. It's more than good enough for listening to audiobooks at night or watching a bit of late-night Netflix on your tablet. Anyone that complains that the sound is poor is missing the point of this device. There doesn't seem to be much if any sound leakage so using it in company should be ok.Bluetooth pairing was easy with both my tablet and phone (IOS and Android). The headband controls are easy to use, although the volume buttons do sometimes respond a little erratically. It's fine and doesn't bother me. You can always use the volume buttons on your tablet/phone as well.I can't comment on durability or battery life yet as I've only had it a few days. However, so far it's performed exactly as I hoped. Given the price and the compromises made to allow use while sleeping, I think this is a great product.Update: June 2020.After 6 months of use, the headphones are still working fine. Battery life is plenty for a full night - I've never run out of power yet.I really do like these headphones for use when sleeping, and I use them every night.However, I have to admit that it is a bit annoying that, on some mp3 tracks, I can't turn the volume as low as I'd like to. The volume decreases to a certain level and the next level is completely silent. It feels like there's a 'gap' in the volume range. It's a nuisance but can be bypassed by moving the earpieces so they're not completely over each ear, thereby reducing the volume a bit more.

Bought this primarily to play brown noise as short-wave noise (low Hz) was keeping me awake at night Navly does the job. Sometimes when asleep the headband moves. but that doesn’t matter to me as obviously by then I am asleepThe head band is comfortable compared to buds (which i can’t wear for any length of time) and more practical than head phones for training or walking around the house listening to audio books, music etc. This product is not perfect. the control are awkward to use and the sound quality is ok, I think its decent value for money and it suites my needs. I have only had this for a few weeks so I cannot attest to its durability. So far I am happy that I bought it.

Received the headband yesterday. Already I feel compelled to write a review, so impressed I am.I suffer with tinnitus which is something I would not wish on anyone! This condition can affect my ability to get off to sleep sometimes. Also as a shift worker having to sleep during the daytime is not something I find easy and never have.The packaging is smaller than I imagined it would be but in a good way meaning the headband is light weight.I have tried eye shades as the daylight tends to wake me too, but most I have found to be uncomfortable after a while or move out of position.So this product, I will only be using this as a sleep mask with either music or white noise type sounds for around 30mins or so to help me drift off, hence I can’t comment on the sports side of things.I have used this headband/sleep mask for the first time today for a sleep after a night shift and I must say it certainly has helped me. It is very lightweight, fits my small/medium sized head well as it is quite elastic but not uncomfortably so. Kept just the right amount of light out as not to wake me.Speaker sound quality, bear in mind here that I’m no audiophile (impossible with tinnitus) but if you don’t expect much like I didn’t then you could be pleasantly surprised, you can’t feel the speakers when sleeping on the side of your head which is important yet the quality is quite good and I’m happy enough as it is sufficiently good for my needs.Battery performance also appears acceptable so far. 10% lost during my 4.5hr sleep (yes I don’t sleep for long but it’s normally worse than this!) but I only had sounds for the fist 45mins or so.In summary I really like this headband and would not hesitate to buy it again, even though it almost feels like putting a pair of pants on your head, but with the word ‘enjoying’ on your forehead seems a bit weird to me, I’d rather no wording at all but there you go. Personally I wouldn’t go out with it on but for bed time or even use around the house it’s very good.

Needed something comfy to listen to music and sleep with. I kept losing my wireless earbuds and the regular ones are not comfy for side sleepers. This is light, cooling and best of all, sounds amazing. I can listen to music all night without keeping my head at a weird angle to accommodate regular headphones, and they charge fast and are easy to carry. I have used them at night, on my bike, round the house and will even take them backpacking. I recommend these 100%.

These earphones work way better than I anticipated, especially regarding sound quality. I purchased these to play sleep noises because I've been having a hard time sleeping. They do a fantastic job of allowing me to listen to my music in stereo, which works wonders for helping me tune out my thoughts and relax. The earpieces move around a bit inside the band so it's relatively easy to find just the right spot for your own ears. I also found that if I sleep on my side, they are a bit louder, which is a good thing. I've even taken to use them for tasks like mowing the lawn where even some of the best earbuds I've found have a tendency to fall out occasionally. I would definitely say for the price these are a fantastic purchase!

La compré para usarla en las noches y escuchar frecuencias mientras duermo.Estuve buscando de entre muchas pues tenía dudas en que tan cómoda sería para dormir, yo tengo muy sensibles las orejas y me molestan la mayoría de los audífonos así que sabiendo que duermo de lado estaba conciente que estaría presionando la oreja contra el audífono y eso me hacia el no decidirme a escoger uno.Ésta diadema puedo decir que para dormir es muy cómoda, no molesta nada las orejas si duermes de lado, es suave y no aprieta cosa que es buena para dormir pero no sé si para hacer ejercicio sirva porque no la he probado haciendo actividad física.Por último quiero decir que ésta diadema no emite ninguna luz parpadeante mientras está en uso, cosa que es muy buena porque no molesta de noche, solo prende una luz cuando enciendes, apagas o lo pones a cargar.

I have found that using binaural beats is very helpful in getting to sleep on nights when I can’t seem to shut my brain off, but for binaural beats to work properly, you have to have the sound coming in both ears. When I try to use my AirPods, a) they’re extremely uncomfortable to sleep on and b) I wind up losing one or both in my sleep and have to dig through the covers to find them. These headphones alleviate both issues, in that it stays on my head throughout the night, and it’s very comfortable. Additionally, I can have sound come through both sides, as desired. My only complaint is you have to remember to turn it off after you’ve woken up the next day, or your phone will relentlessly connect to it, no matter how many times you disconnect it, until you turn it off.
